Review: Leaks not fixed on cycle as we agreed to. Overcharged on parts and labor and parts sold to me that were not needed to fix issues (clutch cable). Primary fluid leaking on belt from derby cover and stator plug, also set screw missing from stator plug. Damage to inside of primary / siliconed inside o-rings and seals that [redacted] has pictures of that I need to get from him.Bike not fixed to my satisfaction after taking it to him 4 times to correct repairs. [redacted] did not return my phone calls and refuses to talk to me on phone or make good on his work. I expect the business to make good on there work as I was referred by an attorney to take it to them to work on. Need photos they took at their shop [redacted] and J[redacted] and [redacted] worked on bike and other employees. We agreed to fix all leaks and get red dye out of primary and refill. Thanks Roger.Desired Settlement: To fix the bike as we agreed to or refund all of my money for all issues including tightening of belt, fixing stator plug and set screw, derby cover and gasket that was damaged..Left mirror broken I agreed to not ask for $ for that issue.

Response:

The first time the [redacted] was worked on in the shop we replaced all inner/outer primary and transmission shaft seal. At this time the inner primary showed signs of the front drive sprocket rubbing the case. Told the customer the shop will not be responsible for future leaks unless the inner primary is replaced with one in better condition or new. Gave the customer a great deal on one but he refused the part due to low funds. The shop went ahead and finished the work and did the best we could. The Independent motorcycle was tested and had not leaked a drop. The clutch release mechanism was then removed due to clutch slipping when lever was pulled in. The wrong clutch release mechanism and the inner sleevet of the clutch cable started coming undone and sliding down to the end of the cable making it nearly impossible to pull the lever.The shop then contacted the customer and explained to him what was going on; after customer approval the clutch release was switched to stock to fix the clutch slipping, as well as the clutch cable. After several months went by the motorcycle then came back with a stator plug leaking (left side crankcase). The customer said he did not want to pay for the work because he thought we should of fixed all leaks the first time. Being that the left side crankcase is not part of the primary or transmission and no apparent leak at "first time in for work" no work was done to the bike.
