All Systems Heating Cooling and Refrigeration

Requested to have a new AC unit installed Worker stated that he will be here numerous times, but after saying he will show up, he never showed up, giving us excuse after excuse We also have a record of the text messages that were sent back and forth to determine when the work could be complete We paid 4,up front when we signed the contract on 10/29/ On 11/13/we paid 1,more to get the job complete The total for the work was 7,but never completed the job Started putting up duckworth pieces on the wall and never showed after that There is a mess against the wall and nothing else was complete Every time we contact the company we speak to the owner and they continue to deny our service What can we do to get our refund back from this company?
