This company does not give good service to the handicapped communityIn other cities, if my wheelchair needed anything done to it, they would take it , switch it out with a loaner chair enabling us to still be mobile, repair our chair, and then bring it backThis company leaves you with your broken chair, attempt to bandaid the issue, then you hear nothing for weeks at timesThe customer service agents are unkind, have nothing against hanging up on customers if the customer is expressing their displeasure with the serviceWhen I worked customer service, the rule was the customer is always right & we did not argue that, but not with this companyThey are the ones who are right, will make you repeat yourself several times, do not actually listen to what you're asking ,and then tell you to show them respect or they'll hang up on you and doA company that is supposed to be doing a service for handicapped and disabled customers, that leave us with dangerous conditions with our chairs, and then have no communication with you while you wait weeks for parts to come in, is appalling service! They've given inferior products which when plugged in for the 1st time ended up filling my tiny apartment with toxic fumes for over hrs before friends were able to find the sourceI was unable to speak a full sentence, understand simple instructions, & the pain in my head & lungs from breathing it in all day was horribleI get lied to by the technician & no apology is given, just excusesThen he blamed me telling me I didn't know how to properly charge my chair when I've been doing it for over years nowThe charger was made for a single battery child's chair while mine is a double battery adult chair & it became my fault while he lied through his teethNow my wheel is broken & a few other problems that should have been caught weeks ago, it was given a bandaid out at their truck, & then I'm told it should work just be carefulweeks have gone by, I've heard nothing, have to deal with nasty customer service agents, & I'm still left with a chair I can't use unless I want to chance the wheel falling off while I use itThat may cause possible serious injury to me but no big deal to themMy chair should have been switched out with a loaner until they have properly repaired mineThe time they make their customers wait without any word is excessive and wrong
