Hello, In response to this complaint, this customer that has said all the things to get money back, first it was now it is He did call about water backing up, the plumber immediately offer to send restoration people out, he explained to him all that would be done he then said
No it will be OK it wasn't that much water damage done, again plumber asked if we can help him outHe then began to brag on how well of a job we are doing and was thankfulWhen we were finished he didn't want to pay us, then he said he wanted off the invoice, then he will pay , then he said he will pay all but I finally called the realtor asked if she would explain that we are only trying to do is help him get his home where he can get it sold, we also put in an extra set of clean outs for him at no charge,, I also offered to send a restoration crew out and clean his carpet,, he said no he didn't want anyone out, can't help if they want let you, we really triedHe never said any thing about all he told youAfter the realtor called him he did pay us, for that we are gratefulIf you have any more questions please let me knowWe really do our best to have satisfied customers. 2nd Response,, What she is saying is Exactly what we did, plumber pulled back balls and balls of hair, also told her what she could do to help prevent it from happening again so oftenwe offered to come back if she needed usWhy she called another co and" Paid" them I don't know,, we can't force her to call us back to help." we offered"Thank you,, ***

The tub drain being cleaned was a symptom of a greater problem which they were not interested in solving which ended up costing me over $dollars Again, I may not get my money back, but the bad review on the Revdex.com will stand And again, *** is very rude and defensive

Plumber called to try and convince me that they did all they could to resolve my problem.  My problem was not resolved, it was escalated and the second plumber I called out to find out where the water was coming from found a big ball of hair in the tub drain that I paid $290 to have cleaned out.  I do not accept the response of [redacted] who responded to you letter.  She was rude and argumentative.  They wanted me to roll over and play dead on this issue and I will not.  I may not get my money back but I sure as heck will leave a bad report on Revdex.com.  Stay away from them, they are overpriced and unconcerned about your water issues.

First she attacked the plumber, now she is attacking me,, this is what angry people do. PLUMBER told her she could be having more issues, but for now the tub drain is taken care of, she signed the invoice and paid the plumber, he talked to her about the septic and drains, she was content at the time,, again he told her to give us a call. A week or so later our area had all the heavy Rain that affects the system, why in the world would we turn down doing more work and making more money for her,, I'm not getting this??? I have 85% repeat customers I must be doing some thing Right, as it is written in the Bible,, I don't need to defend myself,  but I will defend how we run our business." WHY DIDN'T SHE CALL US BACK" ? I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY TO TAKE CARE OF HER.  I DON'T HAVE ANY THING ELSE TO SAY. I HOPE THIS IS OVER. Again thank you,, [redacted]

Customer had drain issues, plumber went out and unstopped tub drain, it was clogged full of long hair. He also checked out main drain, she is on septic he went over how to keep a look out on it due to all the rain she had in the area, checked out tub drain again ran plenty of water down it. good she signed invoice and paid plumber. He told her if she had any questions please call us back.  She called us back, only to demand her money back, She used another plumber to solve her issues. I asked her why didn't she call and let us come back if she still had a problem, her reply was plumber didn't seem to be very interested, I asked what that meant she said it really didn't matter she had it fixed by another co. She sent a copy of an invoice from the other co., still demanding her money back, you can see where she covered up some of the wording with liquid paper. our plumber called her to explain what he did and what he discussed with her due to her issue. She got angry with him and hung up on him,, we tried all we could do. Thank you very much,, [redacted]
