This claim has been resolved. Repossession was valid as per the contract the customer signed, agent can not disclose specifics due to the privacy policy signed by the customer. is his responsibility. Before we were willing to order an [redacted] key for him, we simple would like him to pay [redacted] of it up front. Very reasonable since we paid [redacted] impound fee, plus [redacted] if we ordered a key. His car is still sitting here, waiting for him to come work something out. The spare key that he refers to, he borrowed from us and never returned.
