I was extremely pleased with the service I received from All Tech Garage Door Service [redacted] arrived within the allotted time slot and explained our options - new door or repair the existing. We said repair, and he immediately went to work; no pressure at all to do the expensive option. He had all the parts on his truck and was done in about an hour. Very happy customer.

I called this company last week when our large, heavy garage door refused to open. They sent our a well equipped truck with a well trained service technician named [redacted], who was able to come within a few hours. He was polite, professional, and competent. He immediately diagnosed the problem (two heavy springs required for the door to open and close needed to be replaced), and got it fixed in about an hour. I was very pleased with the service and the job he did. The company also gave me a 3 year warranty, which is wonderful.

First class work and first class company. The technicians that came out were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I called all tech Garage Door Service due to a broken main door spring. The gentleman who answered, [redacted], gave me the name of the technician, [redacted], who would be responding, and the approximate time of his arrival. [redacted] called me approximately 20 minutes before his arrival to tell me when he would be at my house and he showed up right on time. That time was the early hour of the 2 hour window I had been told by [redacted] was courteous and professional as well as friendly. He was completely prepared, and repaired the spring in less than 1 hour. He checked the door for any other problems making sure it operated correctly and safely. In my 55 years I have never been referred to as "sir" as many times as I was during his visit. I highly recommend All Tech for any type of garage door problems, and only wish that all companies put forth the same effort. They are truly setting a standard for customer service rarely seen these days.

I would like to share the wonderful experience I had with this company. I called the company during an critical time when the garage door broke & slammed shut leaving me stranded with my vehicle in a locked garage. The receptionist was calming & reassuring,she tried to get someone to my home as soon as possible. Technician [redacted] came to repair the door, he was courteous (worried about coming into the house with wet feet from the rain) & VERY knowledgeable about the problem & what could be done to repair the door. He explained the repair VS a new garage door system since the current system was very old. He was patient with explaining everything after asking several questions.
The new garage door system works great, very happy with the quality of service, and would definitely refer them to others.

I have had several companies come to my house over the past 18 years that I've lived in [redacted] Arizona and All tech beats them all 100%. [redacted] the tech , had so much knowledge and was so though ..my garage door was buckling so he put in struts for support then he reset track and replaced the cable , pointed out things that causes problems and fixed them. My door has never been this quite since I've owned the house and very reasonable and friendly..the others in the past fixed the problem only and nothing else or Never checked for any further problems . I will never use any other company again other than all tech. And I would highly recommend [redacted]. He is so honest.

I recently called All Tech to repair a broken garage door spring. They arrived at my house during the time they said they would, including a pre-arrival call. The service technician, [redacted], was very courteous, friendly, professional, and competent. He did the repair in a timely fashion, and the price reflected the given quote. I was very impressed with [redacted]'s work and demeanor. I will use All Tech for any future needs.

We had a torsion spring break on a high lift garage door over a holiday weekend. We chose All Tech because of a neighbor's experience with them in donating labor and materials to a homeless Vet's project. Called and left a message on their website. They called back promptly on Monday morning and sent a very professional Tech out that afternoon to fix it within an hour or so. Very reasonable. These guys really have it together.
