windows and he ordered the wrong ones. There is nothing in the contract about what type of windows, that was not anything I was involved in. I have been there 4 separate times when she called about the windows. The lock issue is a manufacturer issue, they are going to have to send her new locks. That is not an installation issue or something we did. This is the first that I am hearing about the closet. When I left there she loved the closet and I have heard nothing about any issues for several months until this complaint. I am willing to go back and look at the closet to see what the issues are and what has been done. I am also willing to test the windows to see if the problem has been fixed.
