Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value
I don't usually write reviews but I had one of the best experiences at the Largo location. Fitz saved me thousands of dollars on my BMW. They are knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. It's the place to get it done and get it don right. I just wanna day thanks again. The software update worked. Now I don't need my transmission rebuilt.

I read all the complaints after speaking candidly with the manager. He said Revdex.com was biased towards them. All the complaints are about the same problem. Someone who wants a free lunch. I'm a businessman and recommend People who want quality work are willing to pay to get it done correctly and the internet is a ventilation machine. It's sad because I cannot give them an A plus but they deserve one. Call me please for referral my name is in the yellow pages

I went in for a transmission estimate for 149.00 and was not given one. Only to be billed for over 300.00
I seen on Google that this place had good reviews to get transmission work done. I called and spoke with Kelly and she said she can give me an estimate on getting my transmission work done. The estimate was going to cost me 149.00 . I agreed and drop my van off to them. I was supposed to get a call around 230 that day and 330 came I had gave them a call. She said that I need a complete transmission rebuild done but could not give me a price other then 999.00 for labor only. The next day I decided not to get the rebuild done with out an estimate so I wanted to pick my car up. They tried to bill me for over 300.00 since I did not want them to rebuild it. I argued it and they just charged me 240.00. To get my car back with no estimate and Kelly was very rude. I called my bank and I'm trying to dispute these charges. After rading all the negative reviews against this place seem to be for the very same thing they did to me.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded my money do to being there was no estimate ever given.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to ***'s complaint. He came to ALLTECH(r) Transmissions, Repairs, & Services Transmissions with a 2006 Honda which was leaking and the transmission exhibited internal electrical codes after we diagnosed his vehicle. He seemed very friendly, and we gave him a good will adjustment of $73.00 even though we lost money completing the entire electrical diagnostics which his repair order sig Ed by him states a minimum of 2 hours because they take 4-5 hours. Also, we are uploading his iron clad contract which he read and signed. We feel *** has every right to take his vehicle elsewhere. He was aware that we do not charge for diagnosis and the tow is only free up to 10 miles if the customer decides to repair the vehicle here. *** stated he was going to buy a new car and did not want to invest in the repair.

They charged me for something that I should have been charged for and they wouldn't give me my truck back until I paid it..
On March 10th 2020 I explained that I just want to get a price for a transfer case. And told them that I do not want a diagnosis I just want a price they asked me to leave my vehicle so they can check the VIN number to see which parts they would have to get in order to give me a price. They called me two hours later and said that they took it for a test drive which I have no idea why and then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong with it which I already paid two other people for Diagnostics to make sure of what it needed. Again I told them I did not want them to diagnose it I want a price that's all I want. They still could not give me a price and then I said well I'm going to come get my truck and they said well it'll be $150 for the Diagnostics??? I'm very confused with how they got away with this they had my truck locked up They begged me to leave it there and let them perform the job and then they wouldn't charge me for the Diagnostics. I said do you have a price and they said no?? So I said I'm going to take my truck and the woman got into my face and trying to demean me. I in return ask her to just leave me alone and give me my truck and she said if I continue to be upset she's going to charge me for another hour of Diagnostics? I am not sure what is going on very unprofessional and I would like to have my money back because they should have never done what they did. I probably shouldn't have paid them but I just wanted to get my truck and get the heck out of there. Now that I'm checking the other reviews I probably should have done that first because they've done this to several other people. I also should have known better than to bring my truck in there because normally people don't ask for a VIN number..

Desired Outcome

I just want a refund, I told them I just picked up my truck from another shop that I paid to get the second diagnosis I wouldn't have never agreed to pay for a third one

Customer called stating she knew what was wrong with her vehicle and strongly insisted we fix her Transfer Case. She claimed she had it diagnosed elsewhere and that there was a noise coming from the transfer case according to whomever performed the diagnostics. ALLTECH told her that if she wanted us to replace the Transfer case we had could not be responsible. We recommended we must follow our policy to perform our own preliminary diagnosis to determine the problem, she agreed to let us diagnose her vehicle and she signed our repair order. After two road tests and putting the truck up on the lift, listening to the Transfer case with a stethoscope, we determined that there was no problem with the transfer case. She kept insisting that was all she wanted done. WE did not feel comfortable doing a job that was unnecessary. There was no issue. She got very angry because we charged her for our own comprehensive diagnostic fee which she authorized. We use highly sophisticated technologically advance methods to determine the cause. She was closed minded to hearing any other reasoning, and closed off to provided us another day to keep trying to recreate her complaint. She decided to take the truck back that day. So we had to charge her our minimum diagnosis fee.

I can understand getting charged for diagnosis if I agreed to it but I already told him I don't need a diagnosis I all I wanted was an estimate that's all I wanted an estimate. I didn't want any work performed until I got a price I did not Demand on any work being done I just wanted to estimate no diagnosis no nothing I don't understand what the problem is with them.

Told me thar I had unlimited mileage warranty, but when transmission started acting up they told me to drive it 300 miles.
When they were fixing my car they told me I could get it fixed anywhere in the country, but now they are telling me that would have cost me a extra 400.00 dollars. They told me where to take car to get diagnostics done. They confirmed what the scanner at Auto Zone told me. The whole process with this company has been dishonest. After the transmission was fixed I was notified by Tire Kingdom that there where bolts missing in transmission pan and it had a slow leak. I called and was informed that they only broke off 1 of them. They repaired that after I drove it back all that distance. When working on my car I had to take 3 trains cause they said it was done and wasn't. Not to include Uber back and forth each time. A 3 day job took 3 weeks. I don't believe a word they tell. If I drove my car back to them and it blew up again they would of blamed that on me and not covered it. The piece that is being replaced is a part they replaced when rebuilding it 2 months ago. I want reimbursement for repair. I contacted them this morning 1/30/2020.

Desired Outcome

Reimbursement for the325.00 I paid to get vehicle repaired under warranty.

Over charged for the diagnostic service on van by $189.66. Priced quoted was $149.00, charged $338.66
On 1/27/2020 I took my van in for diagnostics and was quoted a price of $149.00 by Kelly and service manager. After diagnosis I told Kelly that I wanted estimate on cost to repair van and she would not give me an estimate for repairs except it was $995 for labor. I asked her how much bill was and she said $149.00. When I went to pickup van next day the price had more than doubled to $338.66. I argued will her on price and because I didn't get my van repaired there, Kelly made up additional costs on bill which I did not approve. I had to call Sherriff's department to get my vehicle back. Kelly also took my original estimate on bill and altered bill. She also would not give me a final copy of bill.

Desired Outcome

To be charged original amount of $149.00 plus tax, $10.43, total $159.43. I am due a refund of $179.23.

All-Tech Transmissions Response • Feb 04, 2020

This is a verbal reply taken by Revdex.com:

Diagnostic fee included if he agrees to have us work on the car.
Work order shows diagnostic labor was $149/hr, and needed at least 2 hours minimum to perform. After labor shop supplies cost this would be $338.66 total.
Consumer signed and DocuSigned acknowledging he understood if he agreed to repairs, the minimum diagnostic fee of $338,66 would go towards the overall cost of repairs. Diagnostic is charged for the time spent, he would have been charged service special if he agreed to repairs. Overall cost of repairs would have not exceeded $995.00.
He did not opt to have repair done here, so he is responsible for $338.66.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I asked the shop foreman and the office manager how much it was to diagnose my transmission problem. they both said $149 and that was all that was on my estimate. No 2 hour fees, no shop fees. Office manager said they had special of $995 on labor. Office manager called at 4:30pm and said I needed transmission repaired $995 for labor plus parts. $149 fee to go towards credit. I asked what actual repair costs would be but she would not give me an answer. I told her I would pick up car next day and when I picked to pick up car, fees doubled. Office manager provided no check lists or any work performed by company and did not give me bill for work performed. She took my initial bill and wrote all over it in front of deputy sheriffs I had to call due to problems with company.

Website states $895 special(see attachment)

I had transmission repaired for $2200 by honest and reputable company.

All-Tech Transmissions Response • Feb 06, 2020

We do not provide diagnostics. Customer signer the Valid Repair Order stating that he agreed to our diagnostic fees. Moreover, we offered to waive the fee if he wanted to have us rebuild his transmission for $995.00 in labor plus parts. He simply was being unreasonable. We wish him all the best luck. Thank You Mr. for your feedback.

Price quoted was $149. If it was going to be more I was to be notified by phone. Office manager did not do this. Business has a record of deceptive business practices and continues to cheat customers when bill is being settled. Alltech Transmissions has a D- by the Revdex.com do their irresponsibility dealing with customers.

Sherriff's dept investigation still to come.

The reason office manager doubled fees was due to me not having work done there. I have yet to receive a copy of bill nor any work they performed.

Mr.. We are uploading the IRON Clad Contract Repair order Mr. signed and received prior to the diagnostics. Please note he agreed to the electrical 2 hour minimum which actually took 4.5 hours. He was offered to rebuild the unit and have no diagnostics fees. As per the contract he opted not to get the work done here. We are a business and cannot afford to give away free services unless we do so in good faith because the customer chooses to have repair done by the Alltech Team of builders. Mr. simply is attempting to get a refund. Mr. we will reiterate we loved meeting you and we are here to serve are valued customers. Thank you for your feedback. Thanks in advance

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The office manager is lying about what happened. She continues to make false statements. The reason they doubled my bill was to get back at me for not having the worked performed. I was not about to let them repair my car before they gave me an estimate. I no for a fact that the service manager was at the doctor and very little if any work was done on my vehicle.

Firstly, I am a woman from Ontario, Canada.

This place is nothing but a prop with 4 bad actors. I took my 2003 Toyota Camry (143000 Kms) there because my engine light was on. They kept my car for over 4 hours. They said that my transmission fluid needed to be flushed and that my sensor needed to be replaced. All of a sudden they are all saying that they had to order a Canadian part. I should have caught on then.

They charged me $560 US ($800 Canadian). This was just a few days before Christmas.
When I picked up the car, the engine light was still on. They were telling me that that light would never go out. They had the car running when I picked it up. When I arrived home, the car died and I was without a car for 4 days.

I called a mechanic that was recommended to me and he came to start my car and took it to his shop (right next door to Alltech). He replaced the sensor that Alltech said they replaced. The engine light is now off and the car is running well. The mechanic gave me the old sensor that was supposed to be replaced by Alltech.

I went over to Alltech to confront them, but no one could be found. I noticed that the same car with a Georgia licence plate was on a hoist for two weeks and is still there. They have cameras everywhere.

This place is made up of 4 thieves who take advantage of unwitting customers. I will be putting this review in the local review paper.

This is the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with! The owners (Marc and Nicole L) are both compulsive liars and con-artists. They even lie about their names and positions in the business! Do not trust Google reviews of this shop claiming a 4.1 rating. I suspect that most if not all of the positive reviews have been fabricated. They swindle you in with a labor special of $995 or $895 to remove, rebuild, and reinstall your transmission (which is very reasonable). The only thing not included is parts. Understandable, right? This is where they get you. They have a 300-400% or even higher markup on parts. They make you pay the labor charge immediately after they tear your vehicle apart and they also begin taking other parts of your vehicle apart that you do not authorize. Once they've gotten your vehicle apart you're really stuck and they know that all too well. You will be lucky to get your vehicle back as they have quite a history of placing liens on vehicles and refusing to release vehicles without paying an incredible bill. It took intervention from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office for me to get my vehicle back. My "rebuilt" transmission shifts hard and I now have an exhaust leak that was not there before but under no circumstance will I ever take my vehicle there again. The quality of repair work done is very questionable. The Sheriff's Office and State Attorney's Office both have numerous complaints against this business. Please be warned...stay away from this place!

They use deceptive practices & scare tactics to lure you in for a repair and don't disclose all fees
This company is very misleading with regards to their advertised specials. They use scare tactics to lure you in to getting your car repaired. In addition to, they have hidden and undisclosed fees. I was told one price by a man named Todd regarding towing. The owner told me something completely different. I was told the first 10 miles were free, no hookup fee, and then $3 a mile after. When I got there I was told it was $5 a mile and a hookup fee. They advertised an $895 transmission special but turns out it is $995

Desired Outcome

compensation for my rental of the car trailer to retrieve my car $54 and the $130 for the towing of my car to their shop

All-Tech Transmissions Response • Dec 11, 2019

Dear Revdex.com, In response your request.

As evidenced on the repair order the customer contacted the shop complaining that his vehicle was having problems shifting into 3rd gear. As per our policies and procedures we explained that we have free towing within ten miles with repairs, and our diagnostic testing is $149.00, unless THEY REPAIR THE MALFUNCTION IN WHICH CASE THE DIAGNOSIS IS FREE. The RESULTS OF OUR PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSIS INDICATED THAT THE MALFUNCTION WAS A RESULT OF AN INTERNAL PROBLEM.IN THIS CASE WE ADVISED THE CUSTOMER THAT THE TRANSMISSION WOULD HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND INSPECTED TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS CAUSING THE MALFUNTION.CUSTOMER DECIDED AGAINST THE RECOMENNED REPAIRS,SO AS WAS PREVIOUSLY STATED HE WAS CHARGED FOR THE TOW AND THE DIAGNOSIS. THE CUSTOMER ARGUED THE COST OF THE TOW, WHICH BY THE WAY IS PERFORMED BY A THIRD PARTY,OR OUTSOURCED. IN THE INTEREST OF GOODWILL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WE REDUCED THE PRICE OF THE TOW. EVEN THOUGH WE WERE STILL BILLED THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT.WHILE WE APPRECIATE THE BUISNESS,WE DONT BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER IS ENTITLED FOR ANY FURTHER REFUND. WE WERE FULLY TRANSPARENT WITH THE CUSTOMER AND HE WAS EXPLAINED THE COSTS AND CHARGES UP FRONT.

Do not expect to pay the amount initially set.
In the end you will pay 50% more for no reason as I did.

We were requested by customer to tow his vehicle into our shop from another shop because he wasn't happy with their price . After towing the vehicle in and totally dismantling his transmission and inspecting all of the internal parts, the customer wasn't happy with our price either. He requested we search for a used transmission. We obliged but couldn't find one that would match his 2015 MITSUBISHI . He left the country for 3-4 weeks assuming it wasn't an inconvenience leaving his vehicle with us and having to push it out of the way several times. When he returned he took it upon himself to locate a used unit for his vehicle. After a few more weeks he was delighted that he found a unit that would work in Melbourne florida, so we waited another week until it was delivered. We had to prepare the used unit and install it, add ATF and then test drive. Customer authorized everything we did. We're sorry that he feels he paid 50% more then quoted, however this was far from the typical transmission work we perform, and again he had no complaints when he picked up his vehicle. He seemed delighted with the one exception that the previous shop removed the bull bar off his vehicle and forgot to send the special bolts.

Worst transmission shop in the state, dropped the car off for a 150.00 estimate, next thing we know they pulled the tranny without even calling us??? Not one phone call!! Then they demanded 1080.00 to start working on the car? We paid the 1080.00 and I took my transmission out of there in 200 pieces, and took to another shop, they broke the a/c wire harness, upper motor mounts, tps sensor, and various small parts, the Clearwater Police Department is always there the officer told us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

All-Tech Transmissions Response • Sep 19, 2019

We have no record of a customer with the name of a Mr. RON Stone. We reviewed our records going back two months from the date stated.
Thank You,
ALLTECH

Got quotes from other shops. Turns out they didn't even rebuild transmissions. My daughter we bought a 2013 Equinox LTZ and I as her father advise not to buy this model vehicle. Anyway I got a referral from my buddy. I live out in Bradenton and even though it was a bit of a distance I am so glad I went. They towed it for my daughter who just started a new job out of college. We needed it back ASAP. As I recall the turn around was 3 days. They got me no interest financing for 90 days and gave her an unlimited mile 3 year warranty.

Never received a written estimate
I was told over the phone the total repair bill would be $3,800 when I got there to pick up my vehicle and pay they told me $5, 400.they also had to keep the vehicle for an extra week because I was told they put in the wrong parts

Desired Outcome

$1600.00

Clearwater, FL 33759

OBJECT: To Further Clarify for Customer His Complaint Is Unfounded.

Dear Revdex.com

Thank you for your recent inquiry concerning our customer ***, repair order *** dated 6/17/2019.

We are enclosing our copy of repair order and price listed for your review and are confident that this literature will provide many of the answers you have requested. Mr. contacted Alltech Transmissions 6/17/2019 stating that his Mercedes Benz would not shift in any gears. Our Policy is to provide a free tow and a Comprehensive Diagnostic procedure which takes 4- 5 hours for only $149.00 which is waived if customer performs the required repairs. If the customer truly needs a rebuild (which is not always the case) then we have him deposit the labor so we can begin the extensive hours entailed performing the Removal, Dismantling, and Cleaning of all the components including a rigorous inspection of every single part. We are baffled because *** complimented our reputation. He went on and on about why he wanted to come here. He stated that quality was very important, and he noticed we are members of the Automatic Transmission Rebuilding Association which is renown as Atra.com. We charged him a discounted Labor fee of a 17.3-hour book time job according to industry standards. We did not mislead him in any way shape or form. Evidenced by the fact he is not complaining about the workmanship rather he is having buyer's remorse to some degree. We have empathy for him and anyone who must incur the arduous transmission rebuild. We try and charge the fairest amount. We explained that we were terribly sorry that his vehicle was not completed & ready in our typical 3 Day TURN AROUND. We had to order a special part that was external to the transmission. *** should understand that we did not overcharge him. He has a 12-month unlimited mile warranty.
Mr. is a beloved customer of ours. We were shocked to hear about his dissatisfaction. He approved the prices and even signed via email and in person. He was emailed via DocuSign a binding legal disclosure which informs the customer of all our policies and procedures entailed in the rebuilding of a transmission. We gave him a guess on the range it could cost. He had some serious damage electrical in addition to just a basic rebuild.
He gladly signed the legally binding disclosure which is part of our repair order. We sincerely apologized that there was an unfortunate issue regarding downloading some software and a small adjustment required which we gladly addressed. He no doubt has a transmission rebuilt back to factory specifications and we do not cut corners. We abide by the strictest of ATRA standards. We encourage all our customers to read through www.atra.com their website because it is not self-serving to the Merchant rather it explicitly was founded for consumers in 1954. We to our proud to say we just celebrated being in business for 45 years. Moreover, we were going to reach out to ***, to remind him to stop in for his complimentary 200-mile checkup. We did not want to further antagonize him. *** if you are reading this please know that we truly love all our customers. We understand that parts especially European parts have risen in costs with inflation which we must include in the price. However, you never even indicated there was an issue. *** also is attempting to dispute $1365.00 via his credit card deposit. Apparently, he feels in his mind that it should only cost so much, which is beyond our control. We did not overcharge him. In fact we charge less than our competition for labor. His issue is he is driving a luxurious Mercedes Benz which can be costly if there is a repair needed.

If there is additional information you would like to have regarding our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be most happy to be of assistance.

Thank you for providing us an opportunity to resolve the matter by explaining he is simply trying to recoup some money. We hope *** will rethink how much we aim to please. *** we hope you drive in good health and you are welcomed to come by for your check up at 200 miles.

Sincerely,

Marco O.

It's hard for me to read this and to see the b*** these people are trying to play. I never said any of those things that they claim that I said. They are total liars and do not care about their customers only the money they scam people out of. I never received a written cost for explanation of the repairs. In fact they refused to give me a copy of all the repairs. I never received a written estimate of the repairs.I was told verbally over the phone that the total cost of labor and materials would be approximately $3,800 when I get there it's $5,500. I'm sure the dozens of people who have filed complaints to the county filed complaints to Google file complaints to Yelp and many other websites are not liars like altec transmission is. If you read these reviews on the website you'll see they all been scammed.they stated a 3-day turnaround that's a bunch of bull my car was in there for two weeks claimed he put in the wrong part. This business is unacceptable.they should not be in business and continue to scam people like this. No one wants to be part of a business that are liars cheaters scammers and cons. Again read the reviews that past customers have left. You people have some real nerve to make things sound all sweet and nice. I demand to be reimbursed the $1,600 I was overcharged and an apology.

Just bought 2004 Silverado off Craigs List. I got a superb deal; however within two weeks the truck felt like there was no power so I assumed I had a transmission problem and after asking around., I got a referral from a colleague to go this place Alltech. After they completed their diag, they said it wan't a transmission problem. I was told it was the transmission by a local mechanic. Come to find out, The engine was misfiring. To my relief they tuned it up for under $300 dollars. I am stoked. I really trust them because they could have definitively sold me a transmission since I am a layman in this area. Thank you so very much Mr. O.

I am a single Mom, and my son has a F-350 Ford which needed Transmission rebuilt. We searched high and low for a great place. ALLTECH really came through for us. They have incredible customer service as well as being educational throughout the process. They had it done in 3 days. I was able to make payments, and was happy with my sons first young man experience. The manager is awesome. We highly recommend them to friends and family.

All-Tech Transmissions Response • Feb 19, 2019

it was a joy working on your sons first vehicle & his Transmission. You both are great folks. We aim to please. The Alltech Team

Get an estimate in writing!! No way went to have a trans rebuilt ask for an estimate was told that they have 30 plus years rebuilding transmissions and never seen a rebuild on a f150 go over $1800 and most are $1500 without a new converter but will not give written estimate! Should have know he was a thief right then but still have faith in people and told him to go ahead, when I returned for truck he said I needed a new converter and the price was $2800 a $1000 over guaranteed estimated price when I asked for a reduction in price I was told he would put a mechanics lean on my truck.All-Tech Transmissions robber without a gun

The worst auto repair experience of my life, and I'm over 65. I had my 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander towed to All Tech for a transmission repair when another repair shop that didn't do transmission repairs told me they couldn't fix it. I found All Tech on the web and their site claims that they can do a repair for $595. When I called them, they told me that because my vehicle was a front wheel drive that the cost would be $895 and that they needed the money before they would do anything. That should have been a red flag, but I'm a very trusting person so I put the repair cost on my debit card.

Then I got what should have been a second red flag. As soon as they retrieved the funds from my bank account, I got a call from the bank's fraud prevention department to verify that the transaction was approved. I should have declined it at that point, but I needed my car repaired. After not hearing from All Tech for a few days, I called to see what the status of the repair was. I was told that the technician had the transmission on the bench and had not yet determined what the problem was, but that they would call me back when they knew. I was also asked if I knew that I had a CVT transmission, I indicated that I did, and asked if that was a problem. Mark said 'no' and that they would call me soon.

I waited for three more days and called them back, because I hadn't heard from them. Mark told me that I had two options for repair, a new replacement from Mitsubishi with a 5 year warranty that would cost over $6,000 dollars, or a rebuilt unit with a three year warranty at a cost of about $3,600 dollars. I was stunned, I asked him what I had paid $895 for and was told that was the labor cost for diagnosing the problem. I argued that their website gives the impression that a transmission rebuild could be done for the price quoted on the website. He insisted that was not the case. I told him to just put it back together. He said that they couldn't do it that day because his technician was sick. There were things that I needed out of the vehicle so I asked if I could come get them and made arrangements to do so. When I got there my car was on the lift with the transmission ripped out of it. I got the items I needed after he insisted that I pay the tax on the $895 that he had charged me for nothing more than a diagnosis. Now the cost was just shy of $1000. I let him know that I was not happy about paying that much for a simple diagnosis.
While I agreed that he was due something for time and labor, $1000 was exorbitant considering that no repair was done. This is a TRUE RIPOFF JOINT.

A few days later, I get a call from a woman claiming to be his book keeper who said that they had lost my ticket and that she needed to reproduce it, but she needed my information to recreate the ticket. As I was giving her the info she asked me why I wasn't getting my vehicle fixed. After I told her why, she tried to sell me another vehicle that some one else had left after they could not pay for repairs. This should have been the third red flag, but we got cut off before I could tel her no. When I called back, Mark answered the phone and I told him what happened. He told me that she sometimes overstepped her bounds. At this point he also told me that while they were in the process of putting my car back together, they broke the starter and had to order a new one, so that I couldn't have it picked up for a few days.

After about a week and a half I finally get a call back from Mark indicating that I could come pick up my vehicle. I asked if it was running and he said that the technician told him that it was running better than when it came in. Before I could go get it, he called back and said that the technician had not actually driven the car, just backed it out of the garage. I had it towed to my house.

I am still fuming because as I see it, THIS BUSINESS MISREPRESENTED ITSELF, ITS PRICING, AND ITS CAPABILITIES, and the fact that it is trying to sell other cars on the side says I'm not the only client who's been RIPPED OF!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!

Excellent customer zervice and honest. Brought my 2003 Jetta, to Alltech for Transmission repair. 150,000 miles on it, most places wouldn't work on a high-mileage car, but All-Tech did, and they did great work! Good people there, Kelly and Marco took great care of us. All-Tech Transmissions has both competance and integrityl.

I got a mechanics lein on my car n company still won't release it to me
I had an appt with this company on 6/11 @ 10:30a I arrived at 10:35a as I walked in no one greeted me or anything finally a guy named Marco decided to help me I TOLD him what I thought was wrong with my car so he said LET me tell you our process, he said WE will have to run a diagnostic test on ur car he said it cost 149.99 I stopped him n told him I don't have money for that we don't have to go any further. He said don't you have the extended warranty I said yes. So we call the company up (***) and I gave him my phone so the reo can explain the process WHATEVER they told him on the phone he said he was going to run the diagnostic. Now at this point Marco goes n fives the mechanic my keys n tells me it's going to be an hr now it's about 11:15a so I leave I came back at 12:05p Marco said someone was test driving my car thus is the 2nd drive test they did they don't see nothing wrong with my car so he says let me call ur extended warranty insurance company n see who's responsible for the bill since he didn't find anything wrong with my transmission. He was in hold for about an hr my car is parked out in the front the only thing the did was test drive it never lifted it because all lifts were full with other cars so they didn't even do a real diagnostic test on my car. While he's on hold with Toco Warranty he says leave the car over night WE will RE test drive it to see if anything acts different in the am so I said ok I CALLED my ride. I never received any PAPERWORK on the 11th when I left so Tues 6/12/18 morning @ 8:06 I CALLED THE shop since they opened at 8a Marco answered the phone so I asked them were they able to look at the car he said no we just opened so I said did u ever talk to the insurance company he said your responsible for the bill so I explained to him that when I came to his shop n he told me it was 149.00 I didn't want to go any further you (Marco) CHOSE to call toco warranty n go forward with it.(ALL TOCO WARRANTY CALLS ARE RECORED) HE starts screaming at me n says I'm not working on ur car just come pick it up so I said I'm on my way so I go up to get my car Marco is nowhere to be found A crazy woman comes from the back yelling and screaming at me n tells me I'm not getting my car I NEED to leave so I told her I'm calling the cops SHE SAID if I call the cops she's going to boost that price of 149 up so I called them because she kept running in my face when the police got there she took it upon herself TOO add all this stuff to this invoice n told the police I OWE 461.00 I stayed out there for 9hrs on 6/12/18 I had to call the police 3 TIMES so she finally trespasses me so I leave. This am 6/13/18 I go to the app but I call officers to escort me BCUZ I'm trespassed they come out the lady won't give me an invoice so I know what I'm paying for & why it's so much so she says give her a 149.00 I offered 100.00 for my keys she said u need to pay ur total of 149.00 so I told her I NEED an invoice to go to the courthouse she refused to give it to me so I went to the courthouse n got a mechanics lein n PAID the 150.00 so the officers n I go back to try n get my keys n she still won't give them to me I MISSED 3 days of work already. I NEED MY CAR ASAP THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS THEY WILL PRICE GOUGE IF U MAKE THEM MAD. THEY ARE ON DRUGS. EVERYONE STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Desired Outcome

I just want my keys to my car n this place need to be SHUT down I HOPE they never make another dollar in that business.

Customer *** came to Alltech to have her vehicle diagnosed. She was certain it was an internal Transmission issue according to her previous diagnostics. She signed a repair order for Alltech to diagnose the problem which she thought would be covered by Toco Warranty Company. Service Advisor informed her that according to our initial diagnosis we were certain she did not have an internal Transmission problem therefore her warranty company said she was responsible for the 4 hours of diagnostic time. The car was driven 3 times, on road tests at the customer's request. We charge $149.00 per hour. She wanted the Service Advisor to mislead the insurance company so they would pay for her bill. Obviously, this was one of the many absurd things this customer did. She threatened with violent force the front office stating she had a switch blade knife. The book keeper had to call the police and have them physically remove her. She was given a trespass warning to leave the premises immediately. This is after she had come with three other people including a big guy she said who was her brother, and someone else whom she called her sister. The staff was afraid for their safety.

All of this is caught on camera. The customer was given a copy of her initial repair order which she claimed she never received. She was given her final bill because she stated she would go to post her bond at the court house, but under no circumstance would she pay Alltech for services rendered. She also attempted to steal her car back without paying. After she made 3 scenes at the shop calling the Sheriffs Department, whom seemed to want to assist her in theft of services, they were provided a copy of her repair order as well. She called to request we discount her bill and she would recant her false testimony. We agreed. On June 18, 2018 she changed her mind because she said she wanted to get her keys first and then she would take down her false statements. The corporate office explained to her they do not want her anywhere on the private property due to her threats, belligerence, and scare tactics. She called the business line several times with death threats as well. Alltech requests that the Revdex.com take into consideration this matter is being handled by the police. She wants to go to court because she believes she will beat the system with her fabrication of the truth. We have a legally binding signed repair order and will not negotiate with a terrorist. This customer death threats are considered to be terrorizing actions. We gave her every opportunity to recant and apologize for her acts of violence. Should she continue this ongoing behavior with death threat hang-ups we will file criminal charges. She also lied to the police and court house telling them her repair order was destroyed by the rain. She told the service advisor she had forged the repair with adobe PDF. She demanded additional extra copies which were provided to the police department PCSO. We are very busy and will not tolerate being threatened physically, financially, or verbally. We have a zero tolerance for violence. Thanks for your consideration to dismiss this false complaint.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The entire response from Alltech transmission is bogus I've never had my car diagnosed no where else but here. Also I never AGREED to recant my acuussations that happened here. The lying book keeper kept calling me telling me to recant my report and tell everyone I was upset if I want my keys to my car back I told her I'm not going to do that she also wanted me to call the officers and tell them that all my reports are a lie (which there not) I stated I am going to go to the courthouse and pay the 461.00 so I can get my car and I will see them in court. I never was told anything was per hour Marco stated the diagnostic test was 149.00(I never agreed to pay)Nobody worked on my car or anything it took so long because Marco was on hold with toco warranty and they also had the police there with another customer for the same scheme,I called the police to the business 3 TIMES because the lady was acting crazy like she was on drugs or something. She Kept making racial comments towards us I was scared,I had my sister and brother in law with me because they were my ride since my car was left there to be test drove once it cooled overnight which that never got done, EVERYTHING should be on camera I have police audio with the Book keeper changing the price I had to pay every time they spoke with her. Also they seen her write all over the invoice before she gave it to them to give to me, yes the paper got wet it was raining I could not save it I returned to receive another one but I was denied one. I never dealt with the BOOK KEEPER One time during my visit but they claimed Marco was sick and couldn't come in. I've spoke with Toco Warranty ALL Calls are recorded and I can have them for court I'm going to pay the remaining balance of $311.00 to the courthouse so I can receive My keys But I will be going to court I've been without a car for 8 days now I've missed work behind this, I've been paying to catch buses & cabs with my 4 kids to get around,The way I was treated was unbelievable, I'm also going to take my car right to a Real Mechanic Shop and make sure any parts of my car were not tampered with. I never once Stated I was going to steal my car,Nor did I make death threats I am not the only person they are having trouble with so that could have been anybody, I called the police and been doing it the right way since thus chaos started.
