All Temperature Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Poor response and resolution of a long-ongoing faulty new A/C unit installed by All Temp a year ago - numerous times breaking down despite warranty.
My home A/C needed replaced in Sept of 2017 (last year). At All Temp's recommendation, they installed a brand new Rheem (both indoor air handler and outdoor units), model # *** with a 10 year warranty. We started having trouble after less than a year in Aug 2018, at which time the unit stopped functioning (not cooling off).
All Temp (Terry has been the main technician every time) came to look at it, and said there was a leak in the line set that needed replaced.
- Aug 28 - paid $1,400 for All Temp to replace the line, at which time everything was supposed to be fine.
- Aug 29 - unit stopped working again (exact same problem as before). All Temp returned and said there was a problem with the evaporation coil and braze joint, which they replaced. Again all was supposed to be fine after that.
- Sept 8 - same problem again. All Temp came and said the condenser motor in the Rheem unit needed replaced, and a problem with the filter with a floating restriction. They replaced the motor and cleared out filter on Sept 11.
- Exact same problem happened 3 more times through Sept and Oct. All Temp said it continued to be a problem with the floating restriction.
- Nov 5 - after 6th time going down, started to demand permanent fix of the problem - All Temp said I had gotten a lemon unit, but that Rheem was difficult to hold to warranty replacements and required a number of steps to go through before replacing the entire unit. On Nov 6, All Temp replaced the TXV and filter following what Rheem told them to do, and all should be fine now.
- Nov 23 - again same problem. All Temp said next step was to replace a gauge, which would take 1-2 weeks to receive the part from Rheem.
- It is now Dec 30, with no word back from All Temp in the last month entirely of status or what is going on.
My A/C has not worked at all for the last month in full, and I have left 3 voicemails with All Temp in the last week with no reply.
I paid $5k for a new A/C unit that goes bad over and over again 7 times within 3 months with no resolution - not to mention to have paid another $1,400 for a new line that I am convinced was never a problem based on the exact same problem recurring regardless. Then to live in Florida and not have A/C for what adds up to be 2 months between all the time down during problems, and not be getting response and proper from All Temp. Going directly to Rheem is not helpful, saying to work directly through the installing contractor.
