Hello,Please answer my questions as you keep avoiding themWhy did not answer any of my phone calls (over 20) or any of my text messages or emails? Is that the way you treat all of your clients? Sorry that your Insurance claim was rejected by your insurance company,Its sometimes frustrating but we provided a service from your Insurance company to go out at see approx how long it may have been and the nature of the problem and you were having and to document it with pictures and also provide them with a diagnosis to your issue at the time, Unfortunately we cant give the insurance company a statement we collect a Insurance deductible for them this is the same as a automobile Deductible in a way, I spoke to The insurance company and was told that this was a New Contract with them and I was also told that they refunded you your $That they received We are just a mediator/inspector for them and I know its frustrating when a claim is denied for whatever reason But once again it isn't My decision its your insurers decision

I'm sorry for any inconvenience but all temperature is just a insurance agent from your home warranty company A.H.Sthe technician is sent to your property to diagnose your problem service fee was paid to us as part of your insurance deductible and is due upon entering your homeThis is
regardless to all temperature service You are provided a service from your insurance company we diagnose and forward it to your insurance company any issues with coverages and any denials have to be taken from your insurance company

I am rejecting this response because:You are incorrect in telling me that you had made the appropriate and required effort in order to resolve our problemYour service technician only identified the problem but did not correct it as promisedPart of the service contract with the insurance and home warrantee guarantees me, the comsumer, that you will provide adequate service for the problem at hand which you did notEven after acknowleging your fault and your needing to come back to resolve our problem, you did make further contact with us and then rudely refused our phone calls or return any messagesYou , the owner, should be ashamed of the way you have handled yourself and have presented yourself as unreliable and unprofessionalI will not recommend your services to anyone.

We Have Notified the customer's *** *** in regards to this complaint and submitted all documentsThe insurance company Denied her claim per her contract we are only the adjuster for her insurance agency and we can not approve or deny any claims we send a diagnose report to her
warranty company and they approve or deny the claim.She initiated a charge back and her claim was denied by her creditorplease take any further problems up with your warranty company

I just received the email for this complaint I have not received a call from this customer , we were sub-contracted by a Warranty company to go out to this residence and diagnose issue that he was havingHe did pay a Insurance deductible we did take pictures and sent the report in to the
Insurance company for review and was denied .WE cant approve work at home and nor do we Guarantee coverage for the issue homeowner was havingI am sorry if claim was denied and I am sorry that no call was returned we didn't get a Voicemail maybe he called our old number not sure We did send out a receipt for the Insurance deductible that he paid and I am sorry if you have not received it but I will send out another one to Homeowner

I am rejecting this response because: Both AHS And All temperature Heating and cooling company are scammers. This company never put my claim as a leak in the AC sysytem that's why AHS rejected it. All Temperature made money by making me pay $267 and AHS got their money pay from me. That's How these scammer works in Connecticut so they both nothing to loose. They both made money without fixing my AC. I should have take legal action to both of them now. Credit card company didn't know all these details so they paid him.

Review: I had a representative come look at my HVAC system in my basement of August 27th (9am) that was causing a leak in the basement ceiling. He took pictures and said he would be speaking with his colleagues and would be calling me that afternoon to give me an update and to determine what needed to be done. He said that the leak was possibly due to not having a return vent in the basement which was causing the leak. It is now September 16th and I have still not heard back. I have called over 30 times, I have left over 5 voicemails, and have sent numerous emails. Still no response. I gave him a $100 check for the service call. This has been one of the worst experiences with a company I have ever seen as a homeowner. This company stole $100 of mine and is now nowhere to be found. This company was provided to me through [redacted]. I called [redacted] and they could not even get a hold of this company. This company has to get reported and something must be done before I seek legal action. No business should be able to walk in a house for less than 5 minutes, snap a few photos, and steal $100. I have a copy of the check, a copy of the invoice, and a copy of the email in which this appointment was set up. I also have all of the emails I have sent over to this company. Something must be done to fix this.Desired Settlement: I wish to have a written apology for the hours I have spent trying to get a hold of this company and a full refund of my $100.
