Once again [redacted] failed to provide a tracking number and as of today we have not seen the product ordered. He states the order was being sent from Nevada which should take 2-4 days it's now been 6 and nothing has arrived. We have files a fraud complaint with our bank.

Review: I ordered a ice machine compressor on June 30, 2015 and was told it would be shipped in 48 hrs. No delivery to date. My credit card has been fully charged. I have called them four times and they give round about answer stating that 'David' the owner would get back with you. He never calls back. . They do send out a UPS shipment tracking link. When you click on the link, no tracking information is displayed. Their tactic involve continue giving lip service. Once sixty day period for disputing credit card charges gets over, the customer could be out of luck. I am convinced that I think they are running a scam and should be barred from doing business.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $604.43 that was charged to my credit card. Cancel the order.

I ordered my part on dec. 3 and it went on the card dec. 3 emailed dec. 13 to see ship date he emailed back that he did not get the info. so resent info. dec. 19 called asking for tracking number did not have one said he would call to get one never called back called again dec. 20 same story called one more time jan. 2 same story. WOULD NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I ordered Garland Convection Oven Motor from ALLTEMPPARTS on 11/11, and was told in an email that it should ship within 24 hours. It has now been more than a month and nothing has arrived, nor have I seen a shipping confirmation email. I have called the company (both numbers) numerous times and not only has no one even answered the phone, but the mailbox is always full! Also, all of my emails have been returned as undeliverable!!

It would seem like the company is either shutdown or all the employees have been locked in a room with no phones or computers!Desired Settlement: I expect full refund, including shipping costs.

I have called 4 times for shipping info No one calls me back

I need the part for a Manitowoc Ice machine

Review: A door to a ice machine was purchased online with All Temp Parts. The wrong door was received and the process of getting the door returned was stated. After 2 months of calling I got the return order and sent the door back. I then started calling trying to get my refund for the door. It was proven the door was returned and that a refund was owed. it has been 8 months now with me calling several times a week trying to get my refund. I have got nothing but run a round with this company trying to get my money. I was first told the bank made a mistake and the couldn't mail a check. They refuse do mail and check as well and wanted to use [redacted]. The information for this was also give and yet I still have not received any money. This company is now not returning phone calls. I am only able to talk to an answering machine at this point.Desired Settlement: The $206.87 owned to me.

Review: On November 16th 2015 we ordered parts for our Star MFG broiler at the time of order we paid with a debit card we received notice of confirmation of order same day via email. On November 18th, 2015 our account was debited a different amount than was listed on our order confirmation, $111.25, we paid $116.93.

On December 2nd, 2015 at 10:15am we sent an email to Alltemp Parts, [redacted] requesting an update on our order.

On December 2nd 2015 3:53pm we received a response from d[redacted]:

"Thank you again for your order from Yhst-[redacted]"

"The following items have been shipped to:"

Noted our address

"using [redacted] Ground"

"The shipper's tracking number is MFG"

"You can always find out the current status of your order by going to https:[redacted]"

Next they listed our parts and the total dollar amount with the word "Shipped" "[redacted] Tracking Number MFG"

"This completes your order. Thank you for shopping with us"

December 11th, 2015 we emailed and called again with no response.

December 18th, 2015 we called and emailed again with no response.

January 6th, 2016 we called and sent two emails with no response.

We are now taking action through our bank to recover the funds removed.

Clearly this man and company continue to do this as seen in previous complaints.Desired Settlement: Close your business if you're going to continue to steal and mislead people as clearly this is NOT an isolated incident.

Review: I ordered parts from alltempparts.com (###-###-####) on 8-14-13 with Visa card.

Dave;s Refrigeratin billed my card $160.53 on 8-16-13.

I emailed them 8-15-13 for confermation of order. They emailed me an invoice on 8-15-13.

I calledthe on Aug 21,22,23rd and left messages on voice mail to contact me. Aug 21st & 23rd; Also Emailed the same and that I needed tracking # for parts ordered.

Called ###-###-#### & ###-###-#### on 8-27-13 and both phone lines do not even ring.

8-27-13 just sent another email message.Desired Settlement: Refund credit to my credit card.

Review: I ordered item 4881 Alto Sham heater cable kit on December 21, 2015 for $ 473.19. The status showed order is completed and does not show date completed. The order number 3xxx does not include tracking id. Emailed to them using web based submittal on their website twice. Last week of December, 2015, no reply. Called them said they will give me the tracking id, no tracking id. Left message and no replies which were dated called 1-20-2016, 1-21-2016. Emailed 1-13-2016, 1-21-2016, no replies.

Since they did not return any calls nor emails, requesting full refund.Desired Settlement: If no reply from them full refund. Found out Alltempparts.com is the same person as Partsworxs.com. Alltempparts.com had several complaints within Revdex.com system 6 times. [email protected] ph number [redacted]

Review: Ordered compressor on Oct 28,2014. Didn't receive it. Have called daily to inquire on status. [redacted] said the part was damaged in shipping and he was shipping another compressor. Credit card was billed on Oct 28. The second shipment was suppose to be in Cleveland when he tracked it. Received an email on Dec 1, 2014 with [redacted] tracking number. [redacted] shows a shipping label was made but the shipment is not in transit yet. Review: The product we ordered was guaranteed to ship in 48 hours. It never shipped and we called - once they finally answered the line we were told the order was misplaced and would ship immediately. This was 2 weeks ago (original order was August 25th). Today is 9/14 and we called again - no answer. Called the shipping company with the tracking number and was told that the number was false and did not exist in the system.

I have also contacted [redacted] and this company charged my credit card without shipping the merchandise.Desired Settlement: my credit card should be credited immediately for the amount charged.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We called to find our item via the shipping company with the tracking number and was told that the number was not correct and that they had no shipment of any kind. We have never received the item and it was not shipped to us. We told them to cancel the order and to credit my card and they have not done so. We found the part at another establishment. They have a guarantee to send in 48 hours and this was 3 weeks with no sign of the shipment. Please have them cancel whatever order they state they sent and credit my card. I have advised [redacted] as well. if you call the shipping company they will tell you that they had a number but no item was ever picked up to deliver and there is no signature for receipt as it never arrived.
