In short, you couldn't PAY me to work with themOur realtor recommended them to us to install a new HVAC system in a home we recently purchasedWe assumed they were a top notch business and unfortunately they have not proven to be one whatsoever
The tech who came to our house to quote the project spoke with me directly and I informed him that we wanted the most top of the line, energy efficient system possible as we have an older homeI also said we were getting brand new insulation put in so keeping the house cooled shouldn't be an issue but to be safe, give us the best you have
We signed the contract which again, silly us for not knowing our SEER ratings and assumed the products in the quote met the standards we asked forAs they were finishing up installation, I asked Karen *** (residential manager) if she had pulled the permit they put in the quoteShe said "Oh I wasn't aware you wanted us to pull a permit" and then the whole mess began to unfold
As someone paying nearly $9,for a new HVAC system, of COURSE I want permits pulled-- if I didn't, I could have had the work done by an unlicensed business for much less moneyWhen the inspector came, he told us that we basically were given the most MINIMALLY efficient equipment, to which All Temps replied "well you signed the quote so you knew what you were getting." I don't deny for a moment that we signed it-- what I am baffled by is that for $9,we got MINIMALLY efficient equipment without proper permitting through the cityThe inspector also found that the work was not up to par and the standards set for proper installationNot shocking-- clearly they don't care about doing QUALITY work but rather just getting a project done quickly and moving on to the nextI should also note that I informed them that we had a Nest thermostat we wanted installed instead of their low end optionAt first I was told "no problem, we will back out the cost of ours and install yours at no extra charge." The techs apparently took "over hours" to install the thermostat so now all of a sudden we are going to be charged for that tooLovely to know after the fact
I actually wouldn't have even written this review if it hadn't been for my exchange with Karen this morning; rather than following up as she said she would, I had to get back in touch with her to inquire as to when the city was coming back to inspect the system againOriginally it was 12-4, now today, the DAY OF, it's 10:30am-1pmVery unprofessionalAnd rather than understand why I may be annoyed with the sudden change, she had the audacity to say she "has no control over what the city of *** does" and it is what it isOf course you don't but as "residential manager" you should have control over your communication and clearly you are LACKINGIt's not my job to follow up with you when this is your company's fault in the first place
A project that was suppose to be a few days has now dragged on for a few monthsMy husband and I have had to rearrange schedules on more than one occasion to be available for people to show up to either fix a shoddy system or do "repairs" which really is unacceptable considering the system is weeks oldNot once did they offer to replace the equipment with what we asked for (which we would have paid the difference on) but rather kept telling us "this is sufficient for what you need" when we clearly see it isn'tIt shouldn't take hours to cool my house degrees when I have sealed windows and doors and always have shades (light blocking I may add) closed all day

Nick ***, owner of All Temps has been fantastic to work withAfter seeing my review and learning more about the situation at hand, he stepped in and immediately addressed ALL of my concerns, one by one until my satisfaction was fully achievedWhile I would have liked it to be done right the first time, people are people and we all make mistakes-- its how you rectify it that mattersAll Temps has gone above and beyond to make sure we walked away happy
Thanks again Nick; I appreciate that you sincerely care about your customer's satisfaction and your reputation as a business!

This company is a scam. Don't do business with them Please if you don't read this whole review DO NOT COME HERE save your self a week of stress and frustration and then after that frustration and stress you will have to spend more time/ money with someone else.

Our company called them after receiving a brand new beverage air freezer and the programming is off we called Monday for a appointment and we got a appointment for wed at 11 am, we were trying to get this freezer serviced since Saturday but that's not their fault just frustrating, normally companies that service things take 1-3 days MAX good companies we do business with take 24 hours and not so good ones.. As above. We call and see where they are around 11:30 they tell us they will be here at 1 latest the first appointment is taking longer than expected fine I said as long as it's before 2 as we have a event mind you this is in a food truck so we have rearrange our schedule for them. So we expect you to be on time or 2 hours late maybe? We go to our event luckly it's around the corner and we keep calling they close no one answers finally they come at 5:30 6 1/2 hours past appointment time as we were the 2nd appointment for the day right? NO they pushed us back because our job was "warranty" and they want to make more money so they take more expensive jobs even if you have a appointment you don't matter. Then he comes and he has NO IDEA HOW TO FIX THE ISSUE. After I called 1-2 days before to give them a heads up about the code issue and what it said so they could be prepared. They weren't. To top it off they couldn't reach tech support because they were closed so I ask the guy are u gonna fix its first thing tomorrow oh I don't know. So first the office lies to me all day saying he is still at his first appointment and he's not we are just not important and then the tech guy tells me it's not working because it's "iced over" and there is NO ICE and there wasn't ice because this is a brand new unit and it wasn't even plugged in when this was happening how can ice build up ? How can I know you need it to be cold for ice and you don't? This is sad.... Then we lies and leaves me with a broken freezer I go outside the truck and find he destroyed our wrap why? IDK and I call the next day and the women that answers the phone (Gail) I think is the sweetest person unfortunately she transfers me to I think ( tony) the manger of the service manager that was not in and he was sooooo rude unhelpful would not acknowledge anything that happen and screamed at me after I have been lied to be this business. Please save your self a ulcer and heart attack and money and time and don't come here unless you want to take Gail with you and give her a better job with a company with ethics and morals. She's great.

Worst service we have received in 10 years of business from any servicing company that should you something.
