To Whom It May Concern, ATPS was called for an estimate on a few different projects at the residenceThe first project she wanted to address was the grade of her lawnShe stated that she was not happy with the grade and wanted some options to level her grade throughout her yard We provided her with a couple different optionsOption included tearing out all of her existing grass, releveling the dirt, and laying all new sodOption included leveling and removing soil only where her resently removed trees used to sit and over seeding the entire propertyShe decided to preceed with lesser priced option which only included seeding, no sod installation The dirt work and seeding was completed as approved with the proposalAfter we finished, we walked the entire project with the owner and she stated she was satisfied with the workA few days later, we received an email stating she was not happy with the seeding portion of the proposalATPS contacted the owner and discussed her issues, and came to the agreement we would re-seed the entire yard along with aerating to help germinate the seed at no extra costThis was completed within a week Another project she requested a quote was for the clean up of her planting bedsThe quote stated “Yard clean up, addition of weed barrier inside bed alongside of the house, and the addition of shredded redwood mulch on top of new weed barrier”This was completed and approved by the homeownerThere must have been some miscommunication between ATPS and the owner because we did not provide a quote that included cleaning of the beds located along the outside permiter of the yard, just next to the houseAlthough, the owner later realized that the proposal stated the work was only to be preformed for the beds located next to the house Since ATPS has received her letter from the Revdex.com, we have contacted and met with the homeowner again to discuss her issuesShe indicated that where we added dirt, the dirt has settledWe agreed that ATPS will level the dirt to her satisfaction and that would resolve her outstanding issues with the work providedShe indicated that was she satisfied with the yard clean-up, weekly mowing, and seeding that ATPS provided, and her only unsatisfied concerns were related to the dirt settlingATPS strives to provide the best services and always works with out customers to to resolve any complaints they may have with our workPlease let us know if you need any more information

Hi ***, Apologies to hear about your recent experienceDuring our initial appointment, we discovered that the repairs to your system were pretty extensive and we could not finish the work in the 1-hour time frame scheduledWe felt we did everything we could to accommodate you, working with both parties' schedulesWe appologise you don't feel like the job was complete to your satisfactionWe have tried to call as well as respond to your online postsPlease feel free to reach out to us as we do not feel we had the chance to make any corrections, but rather just saw the online reviews

Ben was at my house on a couple of occasions due to issues with the jobHe came out and we specifically talked about water continuing to enter the basementIn my opinion it's not my job to inspect every detail of the work performedSince the downspout was buried I had no way of knowing it was cracked other than the fact water was continuing to enter my basement which Ben was aware ofI did ask *** *** *** to inspect the downspout because even an untrained person might suspect there was an issue.When they dug it up they discovered the problemRather than go back and forth with All Terrain I chose to have them do the repairI honestly think the problems with the job were due to a lack of supervision and inspectionI'm out of state but will be happy to send a copy of the invoice later this weekSent from my ***

I am rejecting this response because: We appreciate the response, and your desire to resolveHowever, my wife and I gave you the opportunity in person on May 31st, and June 30thWe've paid All Terrain's invoice, and paid for correction long ago (Not an issue that we can leave open with a large leak!).There is no need to discuss or create a dialogueAs we've paid your invoice, and paid for correctionThe only resolution is quite simple, refund the portion related to line and valve!We won't litigate in this or any other venue furtherI will leave this open, and close the Revdex.com complaint if the simple terms are met

We can appreciate your frustration and are willing to work with youAlthough we try, we are not infallible and mistakes do occur sometimesThe first time we heard your frustrations was on social media and would welcome the opportunity to have a more formal dialogue and try and make things rightPlease call the office and we can get something scheduled so that we can come talk to you face to face about the issue and get this resolved
