The company was VERY responsive to my quote request and had highly competetive rates BE AWARE -- there are a number of companies that use a name containing the words "All Terrain" so make sure you're looking at the right one on Revdex.com I elected not to hire this company only because a different company with which I had been working had a last-minute opening and could move the car sooner

Forcing me to do business with them
I spoke the *** *** with all terrain logistics auto transport, I never sign aggrement for the guy to post my car on central dispatch,he posted it on with ridiculous amount I never agree to pay, I find out my car wasn't on central dispatche,I call them nicely 3times to please take it down bt they wouldn't instead insult me insult my mum,.I spoke to them to please take it down so I can get my car moved by whom I choose to work with,but they wouldn't instead trying to reap me off, so rude on phone.I called their customer care line,the guy I spoke to wouldn't want to listen to my complain instead support *** action.and started insulting me and my mum on the phone.now my car is accruing storage

They promise me to ship my car on TuesdayBut they actually come on FridayI called them everyday and they promise they will come on that day
The driver picked up three days later than promised!They promise me a door to door shipping, but they ask me to drive my car to driver

Services rendered were not as initially discussed
*** *** employee of All Terrain Logistics, processed my request to transport my vehicle from Miami to SeattleDuring our conversations, *** said my car would:
not be moved from the trailer it was transported on until delivery in Seattle; and
there was no change of driversThe same driver, *** from Diesel Auto Express, would be with the car from start to finish
I was eventually informed by *** via text message, that my vehicle was unloaded in a yard in VancouverA few days later, the car was driven to my door by a strangerWhen this person gave me the keys, he then got into a vehicle that had been following mine and drove awayMy vehicle's odometer showed almost miles more than when I handed over the keys in Miami
I, at no point, was made to understand any of these details prior to agreeing to servicesI was completely deceived by a broker who was desperate to make sale

Vehicle Delivery Service
1- I paid All Terrain Logistics to transport a vehicle (picked up on 8/4/2018, Delivered on 8/8/2018) purchased from a private party from *** Alabama to Colorado Springs Colorado and they damaged three wheels of the vehicle during transport
2- they didn't arrive when they said they would and when they did they came at 11pmnot a good time to inspect a vehicle
3- driver said he would e-mail all closing documents which I still have not received after several requests
THESE WHEELS WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION PRIOR TO SHIPMENT AND I HAVE PHOTOS

Just did business with this company and was very please with their serviceThe driver picked up the car from NJ on Friday and was here in FL yesterday (Sunday)
No problems what so ever, and fast service
