Contract ID# 276-DK signed in good faith many months agoDeposit paid, COD arranged and agreed to be paid to driver on delivery to CA addressI understand from one conversation with company owner, *** ***, that he had business problems due to employee theftI extended my condolences for thisAt one point he stated he had a driver on standby, that was the last phone conversationNevertheless my car is still waiting to be transferred from my house to my son as per contractThe following phone numbers have been used in trying to reach *** ***: (XXX) XXX-XXXX, cell; (XXX) XXX-XXXX, main; (XXX) XXX-XXXX, toll freePhone calls have been made, mostly daily, with zero responseCell phone mailbox "full" so other messages left at above numbers
this company told us that he will pay for the transportation and the amount was $
the transport was cod but I trusted the company
we did the transport and they told us that they will pay when the contract was cod
trusting the company we allowed them to pay us
but they end up closing the central dispatch and diappear and not paid for the transport fee of $

Contract through National was evidently contracted out to inferior company, Unique Moving This was Not communicated Pickup was delayed; price was increased at pickup; told me at pickup they would deliver everything in the storage unit or nothing Told my furniture would be delivered within a few days No communication with the company until I called with questions/complaintsIt was only then that I was told about Unique Moving I was given the drivers number to call about delivery and such Driver was rude At delivery he was sullen about unloading the furniture and setting it up as I was promised when hiring National Moving I was told two men would pickup and two would unload at delivery Another lie - several items were broken including a crystal lamp my deceased parents gave me and a chair to my dining room set
The driver picked up three days later than promised!They promise me a door to door shipping, but they ask me to drive my car to driver

They promise me to ship my car on TuesdayBut they actually come on FridayI called them everyday and they promise they will come on that dayI almost missed my plane and I am extremely nervous at that time
They promise me to arrive the destination on WednesdayBut they arrive on ThursdayThis is expected given what they did when they pick up my car
They promise door to door shipingBut they ask me to drive my car by myself to a walmartThen they ask me to call a uber to come back home by myself! They didn't even want to give me the reimbursement of this uber feeThen what is the point of door to door shipping
I am asking for refund because this is a terrible experience

I had an absolutely terrible experience and my contact, Kevin Turner, acted with an extreme lack of professionalismI was promised my car would be picked up in Los Angeles on 12/before 1pm and delivered to me in Chicago on Saturday, 12/or or Sunday 12/at the latesti was also promised a tracking numberMy vehicle was not picked up until 7pm and I was never given a tracking numberI had to call numerous times and never got ahold of Kevin until I tried from a different numberHe acted innocent on the phone but abruplty hung up and never got back to meI found the driver's number and discovered he was broken down for additional days in California He told me he could deliver my car on Monday night, and again, his trailer broke down, which is pretty alarmingHe told me I needed to get my car by the end of business on Tuesd

I scheduled this company to move a car on Friday, June 22, I told *** Maya Friday or Saturday would work for me and she said Friday was scheduledAs per their contract which states they only take a deposit after they schedule the driver, they scheduled a driver on Thursday for Friday, June and then took $depositThe money cleared my account on June She then told me that the driver would contact me Thursday afternoon to confirmAfter never hearing from either the driver or the company I called *** on Friday the at approx 12:30pm ETShe said "I was just going to call you" and then explained that the driver's truck broke an axel and so they were working on getting a new driverShe said I would hear back in approx 1-1/hoursI never received any calls back from this company or any driversAll of my contact to this company from this point on was from me calling them after the timeframe they said they would call me back passed with no calls from themEach time I called I was told they were workin on getting me a driver and would have one soon (they always stated I would hear back within min or about an hour)By Friday afternoon *** told me they were scheduling a driver for SaturdayThen she passed me to *** Friday evening at XXX-XXX-XXXX*** told me that I would hear from him with information about my driver in 1-hoursAfter explaining that I was having a hard time trusting them at this point after they took my deposit but no driver, he said they did not take my deposit yetI informed him they in fact hadAfter receiving no call for hours I called him and left a message asking for an updateI never heard from *** or anyone else from All Terrain until *** called me Monday, June at approx 12pm ETHe stated that he has "hundreds of customers" and cannot remember them allAfter my third time asking for my deposit back he said he would reimburse meWhile I was asking him if he would send confirmation once he reimbursed me he hung up on meminutes after he hung up on me my bank still did not receive any contact from *** or All Terrain to reimburse me the deposit so I filed it with my bank as fraud and breach of contract
Note: *** contacted me this morning after I filed a complaint with Transport Reviews
Professionalism was outstanding. The quote given was maintained without the tactic of bate and switch used by others in the industry. Follow up was provided when driver was secured for pickup with time of arrival.

All terrain did an excellent job, they move my vehicle in the time I needed it. Also did a great job on keeping me updated with customer service I would definitely recommend them. Thank you guys!!

I selected this company to transport my daughters car to new jersey where she is starting school because I didnt want her driving across country. After reading their reviews I decided to give them a call. Kevin the sales rep that booked this for me was very informative. He answered all the questions I had and made me feel more confident about the transport. Driver called me the day before to arrange the time of pick up. I had a meeting and wasn't available for the time that the driver wanted to pick up but he was very understanding and worked out a a time that was good for me. He arrived at the time arranged, we inspected the car and wrote everything on a paper that he and I signed. I kept a copy and he took one aswell. I was still very nervous about the condition of the car since its a lease but the driver answer every time I called to check and he also called my daughter in new jersey to arrange the delivery.
Car arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Would highly recommend All terrain logisticss to anyone.

IN ALL TERRAIN LOGISTICS they truly are a client services & logistics experts and are quite possibly the best problem solvers that I have worked with in my 15 years in the industry. they were able to keep our mutual client calm and focused during the very stressful time period shortly following Hurricane Matthew and the uncertainty of moving their very important shipment through southern and central Florida within an extremely tight delivery window. Jason from ATL www.allterrainautotransport.com was also available to help us with routing and communication to make the most efficient time possible through some extremely difficult circumstances during transport. Without his knowledge and expertise it's hard to imagine a timely delivery and over-all positive outcome and customer experience.
I appreciate his focus and diligent efforts. I would strongly recommend Jason and All Terrain Logistics. They are a company & individual with extremely high character and integrity.
