Hello [redacted] The repairs that are completed here at All Terrain Transmissions have a MONTHS / 24, MILES Nationwide Coast-to-Coast WarrantyWe are a Certified Auto Repair facility any concerns you may have with the repairs we have done are covered under the Nationwide Coast-to-Coast Warranty programPlease feel free too bring your car back at any time for any related automotive concerns you may have, at no cost to you We do have policies in place that prevent unauthorized work from being doneFirst is the check and advise form we have our customers signSecond a follow up phone call for authorization on maintenance and or repairs that needs to be done We here at All Terrain Transmissions extend our heart felt apologies again for the inconvenience we have caused you and would ask you once again to except our apology for the car damages that occurred to your car while in our care Sincerely [redacted] All Terrain Transmissions

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did sign the paper saying you would replace the sensor and when you called me about the other things you claimed that the work had already been done and you gave me the total of work that was done ti my car And like I had mentioned before I will never do business with this company again do to the damages done to my car and the way I was treated Poor customer service and I did get charged for work that want authorized to be done Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Hello this is *** *** in responce to *** *** *** complaintMrs *** brought her car to our facility for codes mass air flow and transmission. We found the source of the problems, engine maintenace related (tune-up) concerns and made our recomendations to get the car running
right she agreed to the repairs and the car is running fine, no transmission related problems at this time which saved her money.Also with our routine check up we noticed she had gone over manufacturers recomended maintenance for the timming belt @ 60,miles and the car was at 92,mlies. his being a interferance motor ( when the timming belt would fail it will cause major engine damage) we recomened timming belt replacement and related conponantsMrs *** agreed for this preventative maintenace repairs and thats when things went wrong. My technician went on a test drive and the hood flew opened damaging the hood, windshield and top of the carAll Terrain Tranmissions repaired Mrs ***s car with new parts and paint within working days. Mrs *** came and inspected her car and is happy with the repairs .We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.Sincerly *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I never agreed for all the extra work to be done I took it in to have a sensor replaced when I called to see if it was ready he told me that they had done all this other work I did not agree to any of this work to be done Now my Cars heater doesn't work and the radiator is not working properlyNow the car over heats which it didn't before so my car got one thing fixed and bother things messed up *** never do business with him again Mr *** was very rude to me the day I went for my car and he was worried about getting paidI never told him I was happy with his work I just wanted my car back which took longer than days.

MILES Nationwide Coast-to-Coast
Warranty. We are a Certified Auto
Repair facility any concerns you may have with the repairs we have done are
covered under the Nationwide
Coast-to-Coast Warranty program. Please feel free too bring your car back
at any time for any related automotive concerns you may have, at no cost to
you.
