All that cellular lied to the RevDex.com regarding my phone. Said that when my phone failed they offered me another one. They never offered a new phone just 15%. They gave me a phone that did not work from day one. This is how they treat seniors. They provide phones that do not work.

Review: I ordered 2 cell phones off the site (Rakuten.com) that were sold by "Allthatcellular". Both phones are messed up and can't be used. I contacted Rakuten.com and was told to contact the seller which is All that cellular. I sent them an email requesting a refund and return of the phones and the reason why I wanted that. I got back a rude email and basically saying to contact the actual maker of the phones. I didn't buy it from the maker of the phone so they won't refund my money.Desired Settlement: I want my full amount refunded back that I paid and to return the cell phones.

Review: My name is [redacted] and I ordered a New Samsung Gusto 2 U365 for $79.95 plus $4.95 Shipping & handling on August *, 2013.

I received the phone on August *, 2013. It is a LOCKED phone due to being a pre-paid phone, I needed a contract phone, or what ever phone would be able to be activated with Page Plus Cellular.

Your webpage has a tab for PAGE PLUS CELLULAR and states that your phones will work with this carrier. This is not true. You also state 100% satisfaction- Also not true. I have sent two emails and have left numerous phone messages because you never answer your phone calls and DO NOT REPLY to emails.

I think that you wait for the 30 day warranty to expire so that you don’t have to make it right to your customers. Now I am stuck with a phone that I cannot use with my carrier Page Plus Cellular. I am also out $84.90 which is what you stole from me by leaving me with no solution.

I really thought your company would be more professional and trustworthy.

I hope that you will reply and at least see what can be done, after all you are the ones selling cell phones and have a responsibility to not do false advertising.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund including shipping and handling as I am unable to use the merchandise and unable to get response from the company.

I am rejecting the business response from All That Cellular because, first of all they haven't answered to me three times, this is the second response I have heard from them through you the Revdex.com. Secondly I don't feel comfortable just sending back a device that is already paid for when they have not responded to me or contacted me, in my last email I asked them to contact me and they never did, they are handling this situation in a very irresponsible manner. I have been dealing with this from August and still have not been contacted by them. I feel that if I send back the phone I will be out the phone and the money. I have continued trying to contact them by phone and there is never an answer. I don't know why they don't answer. So I am asking that the mediator from the Revdex.com advise me as to how to proceed. Thank you very much. I will be in contact with the mediator soon.

Review: I ordered 2samsumg galaxy s4 phones online at all that cellular and gave my credit card # on 12\**\15 and received an email of confirmation on 12\** that they were shipped with a [redacted] tracking # and I chexked my accoint and the wothdrew the !onet ! as of 12\** o still haven't seen my phones!Desired Settlement: I just want my phones or my money back and I'll purchase them elsewhere.

Review: The phone I purchased did not have the apps that were advertised that it did have. When I contacted the company, I was told via email that if I sent the phone back they would refund my money. I sent back the phone. The company then mailed me back the phone telling me they would not honor what they had told me regarding my refund. I now have a useless phone that I payed for and have had to purchase another phone from a different company.Desired Settlement: I would like to mail back the phone I purchased and recieve a refund.
