All That Glitters

For an electrical repair ten companies where contacted for this particular jobAll expressed interest, but only four actually showed up that weekOne from the four refused to give a written estimate and was not consideredThe remaining three companies that specifically advertise this type of electrical repair as being able to perform this type of work within the area were consideredA third-party was involved with a pre-payment in full based upon information from each written estimate AEY Electric was chosen with an appointment too finish the electrical work that week were the work was performedThe AEY Electric employee did show on-time, and as per the schedule was courteous with a professional mannerThe job was complete that day without further complication and the immediate work area was cleaned up by the employee That was yesterday, and pending another appointment for the final inspection in the morning there are no complaints of the company, employee, material, or of the prompt serviceThis was not the least expensive of the remaining three from the initial ten companies contacted for this jobHowever, I am pleased with this job from start to finish, and have no complaint with the recent work accomplished by AEY Electric

I had R[redacted] Aey come to my home to give me an estimate on hanging a huge crystal chandelier & 2 small ones that I purchased from overseas.
He checked the attic, I told him it weighs over 125 pounds, so his guys will have to hang frame st then put crystals since chandelier will be hanging 10ft high!
His guys came, took off 3 chandeliers, went to attic, "discovered" there were no boxes!! (Did I mention R[redacted] went to attic at estimate visit?)
Next the "saw" hooks going on ceiling different than system in USA!! (Did I mention I told him it's from obverse as?)
His electrician told me "I'll have to figure it out!!!! & it's not R[redacted]'s fault!!!!!" Question: what was R[redacted]'s estimate visit for???
P.S. 1st thing the other 2 companies who came to give me estimates was they went to attic & mentioned there were no boxes, 2nd both companies guys checked fixtures to see what they're getting into!!!! 3rd, as all this mess was going at my home, he's no where to be reached as he's on an estimate visit!!! So guys had to put old fixtures back!!!!

AEY Electric was chosen with an appointment too finish the electrical work that week were the work was performed. The AEY Electric employee did show on-time, and as per the schedule was courteous with a professional manner. The job was complete that day without further complication and the immediate work area was cleaned up by the employee.
That was yesterday, and pending another appointment for the final inspection in the morning there are no complaints of the company, employee, material, or of the prompt service. This was not the least expensive of the remaining three from the initial ten companies contacted for this job. However, I am pleased with this job from start to finish, and have no complaint with the recent work accomplished by AEY Electric.
