I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all how would a woman 5'5" be a physical threat to any man is beyond me. Who wouldn't be upset when you wouldn't answer my call and NEVER called to tell me they were running behind to begin with! That's poor business. I did find someone that was nice enough to show up and help at the last minute. I am not willing to "work anything out" with someone that has proven to be untrustworthy. If you felt helping was such a threat then why did you tell me they were on their way and would be there in 20-minutes. LIES!! The only thing that would be acceptable to me is you paying for the movers I did hire to help that went above and beyond and were exceptional gentlemen with GREAT COMMUNICATION! Anything less then that I want this review to be available to the public so that it maybe available for others to see and hopefully not chose such a poor operation Regards,

Hello ***,When we spoke on the phone I tried to explain that the movers were running late no fault of their ownYou seemed upset and told me you were gonna leave us a bad review even if they showed up to help youYou then hung up the phone when I was still talkingWe have the right to refuse
any job for the safety and well being of our moversI could not in good faith send the guys to your home to be verbally attached and harrassedPlease understand that movers work very hard everyday serving the publicWe cannot perform work for a customer who is rude or angryIf you want to resolve the issue and work something out please give us a callIn order for us to work anything out you will have to agree to take down the negative reviewsThank you
