Missing item in order and was charged for it plus shipping.
I called their # and was told it was only an answering service. I sent the following e-mail MYCRA-XXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXX I received my order and instead of two (2) Mini book cartridges which I was charged for I only received one (1).
No response after several days.
