Freddie was friendly upfront, but went straight to "see you in court" and "I'll file a lien tomorrow morning" when glaring mistakes and unfinished work was pointed out instead of trying to resolve the problems. He was asked to leave the property when his temper flared up after I politely questioned his logic.

We paid $700 as a deposit, which we informed him we are willing to give up just to be done with this "buyer beware" nightmare. We will definitely have the work redone AND finished by a different contractor.

I don't know why we have to go through all of this for expecting a job to be done and done right.
