Very bad experienceI have never ever had such a worst ever services in my lifeThe guy, Steve, installed a new boiler and tank-less hot water tank in my house to replace my old boiler and old hot water tankThe whole installation was done by other guys, he just came in once in a while during the whole installation day They started in the morning of the day, and he promised to be done within several hours, but the reality was that it was done by the midnight, yes, about AM midnightAfter the installation, my nightmare just startedI called him to fix several problems until he stopped coming to fix the biggest one left behind The biggest one was very noisy knocking sound from my new heating system which he installedI told him that my boiler started to give out the knocking noise every night just like someone hammering on the pipe right after the new installation and fixingBut he didn't come but just try to foolish me and said that was and should be slowly solved by itselfDuring that time, the noise was not too loud and endurableBut I know there should be something wrong with the heating systemHe never tried to fix it but only tried to make excuseAnd even worse, he told me some his stories and tried to scare me away from him when the last time he came to my houseNow, my heating system really got almost deadOne night around am of last November 2016, my heating system fired very loud "bang bang ..." noise constantly like machine gun firing in my house and woke up all my family membersI tried to contact him but he didn't answer his phone and not even return my callSo, I have to pay a lot to other plumbing guy to fix it Since the beginning of the installation until the last time he came to my house, I never saw him to touch my heating systemInstallation and other couple of times problem fixing were all done by other guys There are still more worse details about this storyBecause it would be too much and might be like a novel to write all down here I was thinking to give him a chance and really didn't want to give him any negative review beforeAnd now my heating system was down and he didn't response to me So I thinks he doesn't really care about his reputation, I will satisfy him and have others know how this guy is

I just set up a furnace and a Tankless Water Heaters on All Time Heating Plumbing & Air Conditioning Ltd. And pay so much money $ 8000, and get never ever had such a worst ever services. I feel unsatisfactory, disappointed, and feel be cheated. Because before set up, I am easy to attach them, and after I pay full, I found he right away transfer my phone to voice message, I totally cannot talk to them, I leave message many times and never call back, let me begin to doubt what wrong in the machine or something? in the machine maybe totally is false? Why they set my phone to the voice message and no call back? Because I cannot talk to them, so I only can write down here.
The reason is
(1) When they finished these 2 equipment, and I pay full, right away I no more can attach them, talking about the machine problem. When I am not pay the money, I call them, always very quickly pick up my phone, and after they got the money, they totally set my phone to the answer machine, and even I leave message many times and never call back. The customer service is very bad. Let me feel something must be wrong and be cheated, and why they finished it and no more to pick up my phone?
(2) I feel be cheated by them. He promises 2 vent will set up on the roof to release the exhaust, and it is the condition I set up this 2 equipment. and before 1 day he already come to my house to check, and he promise to set up the vent to the roof is no problem, never talk any dangerous. And after he finished the water heater vent on the roof, and he want to set up the furnace vent, and the sky already be dark, and he found this vent set up will be very dangerous, and ladder cannot stand properly, and he still talk very dangerous, very dangerous, and customer do not want worker incident on their house, so he on purpose let me feel responsibility to let him to set up the vent just toward my backyard. And after he got the money and never to pick up my phone and run away.
(3) After I feel everything is not I want. He never promises to set the vent to the top, and the furnaces vent release the exhaust is so bad and the water heater is not, so I call back, but always is the answer machine, I leave message, said is it available to change these 2 vent, and let the furnace vent toward to the roof, and the water heater vent toward to the backyard, but he totally not to pick up my phone. Even just tell me available or not? Look like already run away. No any company set up equipment so expensive, and after no any service, so disappointed
(4) However, I think a service company, even finished the job, still can service customer, if we feel not satisfactory, or some other problem, at least pick up customer phone, not just set to the voice message, and never call back. Even they said they cannot do what we ask for, at least call back, it is the basic service. If a company finished the job and after no longer let you attach them, customer will think maybe the machine has big problem, or over charge and etc.., why they look like hide, Right?
