Purchased BullHorn as an Applicant Tracking System in September including training Training was delayed and not properly implemented and system that was delivered was not complete (many areas left blank) The Bullhorn system given was not implemented with my data, did not integrate email/job sites/scout as promised/ advertised The system as given is inadequate and failed to perform as advertised It does not fulfill the most basic of features that were promised when I purchased When I brought these things to my reps attention, nothing was done about it When I asked to cancel account month after it was "activated" I was told that I have to pay for the full year as a cancellation fee

On June 7, 2018, I ordered a standard subscription from Bullhorn for months at $per month to be charged monthly for their software as a service (***) CRMThe reason I ordered it on June was because I was told that I needed to do a training before I started using the product on July
The service is not easy to use, and thus training is requiredI was pressured to order in June so that the 2-weeks of training could begin prior to using the product on July Ultimately, the training did not begin till AFTER July 1, and thus I was paying for a product which I did not know how to use
This meant that the training and implementation of the product became pushed back till late JulyBy that time, the tight timeline of my project was permanently alteredThus on August 30, I emailed Bullhorn to put the account on hold pending cancellationInstead of putting the account on hold, Bullhorn has continued billing me $for a software as a service product which

Bullhorn Inc auto-renewed my account for an additional years without option to cancel I informed our account manager at Bullhorn Inc of our dissatisfaction with their product and training process on 1/13/and requested a cancellation effective 1/31/ Bullhorn refused to accept our cancellation until June 2018, even though we never accepted the terms of a renewal after our initial year period

After my two year contract ended, Bullhorn automatically signed me up for another year contract for users Per my original contract, I only had one user and was told I could add or remove users at any time and not be penalized My original account manager, Txxxx Gxxxxx, assured me of this He also stated after the two year contract, we could cancel at any time Well months ago, I get an invoice for $4,for future service (mind you I already paid for current services and this invoice was for another year) I then tried to cancel my service for the next year by emailing the cancellations team and they told me I couldn't Finally, I spoke with a very nice manager whom I cannot remember the name and we agreed on a deal: the $4k invoice would be voided, I would pay for user for more year, the other users would be paid only through Aug1, and he would remove the 4th user completelyEverything seemed fine until I got the same $4k invoice yesterday and they are forcing

In December 2015, Bullhorn offered me a great discounted package on their CRM solution for my my consulting firm which I was planning to expand in I informed my salesperson that I would not be using the product until at least June, Then in March 2016, I had a major car accident So, I informed Bullhorn that was delaying the implementation until September, My monthly obligation was $per month In June, I had more health issues as I developed colon cancer, and I fell behind on my payment I was told that I could just make it upAnd I paid my quarterly invoice in full by the end of July But, throughout the entire process, Bullhorn consistently made billing mistakes I do not understand how hard it is to enter the correct dollar amount into a soft terminal on a computer But, somehow the folks at Bullhorn found a way to mess it up several times So, I asked to be relieved of my contract because I reasoned that if they could not handle simple billing then how

Review: On July **, 2014 I purchased a Nitro Rollator from All Time Medical for $225.69. It was supposed to have free shipping. I have never received it and cancelled the order #[redacted] on 7-**-14. The person I spoke with was [redacted] @ext. [redacted] he said my [redacted] Card would be credited within 24 hrs. It has been 10 days and it still isn't credited to my account. I don't want this product as I have purchased another one. I am leaving on 8-**-14 for a Corneal Transplant in Indianapolis and wanted it before then to take with me as I have trouble walking.

Every time I called - before I asked for the cancellation, I was told it was on backorder and wouldn't be in until September. I didn't want to wait that long, because when I bought it I was told it would ship on 7-**-14. I am tired of waiting for my money back for a product I never received. They had a man call me from ###-###-####, and when I tried to call him back it said that the number was no longer in service. I think this company is running a scam operation. When I was told I would have a refund within 24 hrs. that's what I expect. I have also filed a dispute with [redacted] -Dispute #[redacted] on 8-*-14. Please help me get my refund.

This order was refunded on July ** when we discovered this item was on back order and we could not produce it before she needed it. The number she states she dialed ###-###-#### is not ours and we do not know where she got it. Our communication was satisfactory so this complaint is unfounded.

The $225.59 wasn't refunded until 8-**-14 after I got [redacted] involved by filing a dispute with them. There was no communication from the company regarding a refund after the initial promise on by All Time Medical on 7-**-14 that the refund would be on my [redacted] Card within 24 hrs. That didn't happen as promised.

[redacted] is the one who refunded my money. The All Time Medical phone number that I said I received a call from is correct. It was stored on my cell phone, and when I tried to call them back - it said it the number was not in service. I am satisfied that I finally got the refund. Thank you for your help also, as I feel it helped in the process. I won't order any more products from All Time Medical.

Again we would like to say the phone number was not ours and if she tries to call it that will be enough proof. About the time of the return. The refund was done within 24 hours back to the card. We have no control on [redacted] and when they process it.

Review: Ordered power wheelchair, and canceled one business day later. There is penalty of 20% restocking fee and had to pay return shipping. Total is $505.00. this is awful...just like throwing money away. [redacted] was notified not to deliver, so truck never came to my home, wheelchair never left truck or box. So unfair I have to pay all this when I promptly cancelled this order. Really feel punished for shopping with this company! I asked for some reimbursement to no avail.

Still want a refund on this huge charge. Shipping was supposed to be free as advertised...Desired Settlement: Hopefully they can refund the $110.00 shipping charge that was supposed to ship to me free.

Customer wanted to cancel because insurance company came through with one for her. It had already shipped. Shipping fees were paid. The manufacturer does charge shipping and restocking. If the item is returned we do not get the shipping back we never charged for so we do take it off. If we didn't for every item cancelled we would be out money and then out of business.

Poor business practice. Co should give 1-2 days when customer may cancel item. Item never was delivered to me, or even taken off the truck. Co. should have taken this into consideration. Extreme penalties drive business away. This was an unfair burden on me. [redacted]
