I scheduled a service call with All Time Services this Tuesday because my fridge was making a bad noise and I needed to have someone come look at itThey set the appointment for between 6:p.mand 9:p.mI get a call at 7:p.mthat they will not be able to make the appointmentI reschedule for this Thursday, same time, and again get a call saying that due to rain they cannot make it in timeThey reschedule for today, Saturday, between 3:p.mand 6:p.mand have just received a message saying that, not only are they unable to send a technician to look at my fridge, but that they do not even come to my area and that their dispatcher was mistaken when scheduling the appointment in the first placeI called back and asked why this information wasn't given to me the first time I called, I would have been happy to offer my business to another serviceHe repeated that I needed to find a local repair companyClearly their intradepartmental communication is atrocious and their training is bogusI would strongly caution others against using this business, as even basic courtesy like keeping appointments and clearly articulating their service area to potential customers is something they don't valueTotally unacceptable

This company is a disaster and should not be licensed to be in businessThe only predicable action from this company is that the steps you are promised will take place to handle non-compliance, fixing a problem, etcwill not take placeTHEY NEVER FOLLOW UP ON THEIR WORDTHEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY - LOTS OF IT - AND RUNDISGRACEFULI have never run across anything like this in my long lifeRather than fix your appliance, these people will only add to your problems and expenses

I scheduled a service call with All Time Services this Tuesday because my fridge was making a bad noise and I needed to have someone come look at it. They set the appointment for between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. I get a call at 7:30 p.m. that they will not be able to make the appointment. I reschedule for this Thursday, same time, and again get a call saying that due to rain they cannot make it in time. They reschedule for today, Saturday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and have just received a message saying that, not only are they unable to send a technician to look at my fridge, but that they do not even come to my area and that their dispatcher was mistaken when scheduling the appointment in the first place. I called back and asked why this information wasn't given to me the first time I called, I would have been happy to offer my business to another service. He repeated that I needed to find a local repair company. Clearly their intradepartmental communication is atrocious and their training is bogus.
I would strongly caution others against using this business, as even basic courtesy like keeping appointments and clearly articulating their service area to potential customers is something they don't value. Totally unacceptable.

Review: A repairman from this Business was called to repair my Dryer. I was billed $200.34 for the repair. I paid on my Credit Cared. When my Credit Card bill was received, I noticed they charged me $234. overcharging me $33.66. I called them very many times, speaking to the Accountant, workers who answered the phone, and left several messages for [redacted], who I was told was the supervisor. I finally spoke to [redacted] and was told to leave my e-mail address and he would send me a request that I should answer with the refund amt. I did this and still no refund. I had an attorney contact them and still no refund. This has been going on for five months now. NO REFUND YET.Desired Settlement: I desire a refund of the overcharged amount by check.

Review: We had a tech come to our building on 4/29/13 to replace a water valve in the refridgerator which took 15 minutes from start to finish. We were overcharged for the repair ($251.00). I called their office and an employee named [redacted] agreed to adjust our bill to 201.00 and confirmed that our credit card had not been charged yet. He agreed to send me email confirmation of the charges which never happened. I called today 5/2/13 to inquire about this and found out we were still charged the incorrect amount of $251.00. The agent that answered this time said [redacted] was not there and there was nothing he could do to help me. I was transferred to a supervisor who refused to adjust our bill. we were lied to and ripped off. I will be filing a chargeback claim also to try and get our bill adjusted. I will never use this company again.Desired Settlement: refund the agreed amount by both parties of $50.00 back to our credit card.

last week, my fridge was not cold and then I called the above company to fix. The reason I picked this company is because they charged me the lowest rate of diagnosis only. But there is a catch. When the technician came, the first thing he said was the compressor is dead. As I know, changing compressor could be expensive, when I told him I'm not going to fix the fridge. He said he would go back to his van to check how expensive they are. All of sudden, he changed his mind and said, it could be starter relay problem. Then I started to be doubted about what he said, either he is not honest or he didn't know what he's doing. Then he grabbed a generic starter reply (I later found it only costs $10), but he claimed it's expensive as $300 to install. When I asked why it's so expensive, they replied that's the way it way. Given I didn't have other choices, I asked him to fix it. But this is very expensive lesson for me to learn. for the OEM starter relay, it costs $50 each. I could have been felt better if he changed with a OEM part. But with a part costs $10 on Amazon and charged me $300 (even after what he said $50 coupon discount) is excessive. I highly recommended everyone can go to DIY sites to do some research first before asking this small companies to fix. I think their business model is charging you much less than big shops, e.g. A&E and Sears for diagnosis, but high blended together (parts and labors) and opaque fees thereafter.
