This is a scam. My computer froze up and a window in the middle of the screen said my computer was hacked and to call their number. I called and they said they would fix it and give me s 4 year protection against hacking for $200. I paid it like an it. They rook over complete control of my computer, stole all of my financial, personal and other data, put more malware on my computer to monitor my use, direct me to sites they wanted me to go to. They sent me an invoice showing it was paid thru Paypal and my bank charged me the $199.99 as a Paypal charge for Alltime Tech Support. My Paypal account does not show that the charge was made or a record of it. I unplugged my computer and had a computer tech remove my hard drive and remove the malware they had put on it. If they hack your computer, turn it off and unplug it and have a computer tech clean off the malware before they are able to steal your data. I will file a claim with the FCC and report this as a crime to the police.

Review: I received a call at my home from this company who claimed to be [redacted] has a feature that will send error reports and can give remote access if you choose to use it. The caller said he was calling from [redacted] and was concerned about the state of my computer. He then assured me he could fix it if I downloaded [redacted] and gave him access. I did, and agreed to pay for the services at a later time by electronic check. They put some software on it to clean my computer.My computer did not improve any and they tried to cash the electronic check before the agreed upon time, this caused my bank account to charge me for this action. They did deposit this money back for me. I received a second call claiming the same thing again. This time the representative threatened to shut down my computer if I didn't call them back at a specified time to pay for more services. I was already suspicious, so this caused me to investigate this company. I found some very incriminating information. I stopped payment on the check and in turn they stopped payment on the refund for the bank charges they caused. I have completely redone my computer to remove their traces. They are not working with [redacted], it is a fraud. You can find more information online at [redacted].Desired Settlement: No settlement. I just don't want to see others used by this same company. Which states that customer 100% visit our website and look

on the pages was we clearly mention that we are independent organization.

that payment done by her and she put her signature (for bank verification which

only done by customer) be her on interest.

As per our refund policy customer demand a refund of amount

$25 on 12/16/2013 which we done and she stated that make sure no payment done

further from our end, As per our policy we follow that also.

Review: It is a scam!!! This company put a virus on my computer. I was working on it and all of the sudden it said " A system err or virus and I could not continue on my computer at all until I called the number they gave me. They told me I was hacked and they were going to fix my firewall and fire vault. It cost 200 to fix it!! I didn't have a choice because I need my computer for my grad class and I was on the phone with them but when I got off I look and it was scam I am sure!! I am afraid they have all my info now because I let their tech guy fix it! I would like them closed down!!!Desired Settlement: I would like them to be shut down and to undo what they did to my computer. They should be made to do so!!

Review: this is a telephone scam. they misrepresent themselves as being from [redacted]. then they tell you that they will can fix your computer for free , but must have control of your computer to find out just what is wrong. after they look at the promblem they insist you buy thier software to fix whatever they tell you the problem is. if you decline the offer they blank your screen and tell you that they can't allow your computer to run becuase you are infecting other computers. they use several tectics to asure you they are lagit, they give you what they call your computer lic # (which they of course gotfrom having access) and say that all time tech has the authority to shut you down by the [redacted] Dept. (of course there is no such agentcy) but there is one in the **. the charge is $ 199. I could go on but I think you are know these kind of scams. If you ever need futher info please contact me. I let them have control and paid them the fee. Due in two weeks Apirl 5,14. I gave them my bank info etc. but the next day I closed this acc't. And as a precuasion changed all my debt n credit cards. So I'm not out anything except my time, I also relize they will be harassing me for pymtDesired Settlement: Get thes guys. I will be glad to help. Review: I received an unsolicited phone call from [redacted]. The person said that their servers were show several errors coming from my [redacted] computer. I am on the Do Not Call List, and I do not have a [redacted] computer.Desired Settlement: This "business" is a scam and should be shut down.
