I am rejecting this response because:
Once again ***, I reject your responseA service fee would have been expectable if you provided services you CLAIMED YOU HAVE. Prior to calling your company I called several others in search of the tool to bring down my spare tireI intended to have someone come out with the tool ONLY IF THEY HAD THE TOOLWe specifically asked you over the phone if you have the tool to bring the tire down and you assured us that you did (we did not want to cut our tire down because we need to keep a spare tire at all times and we planned on ordering the tool later)Once you arrived you tried to cut it down and we told you to stop because that is not the service we requestedThat's when you asked us to try the tire shopWhich we did and ended up buying a new tire anyway because they as well did not have the toolthe tire shop was also willing to put the tire on for us for freeAt that time you stated we owe you money for the service call even though you did not provide the services we asked forWe felt strong armed into paying and did not walk away as happy customersIf you cannot provide the service then tell your clients up front instead of misleading them and making them waste their money

Hello I'm going to address this complaint in regards to our services we provided for assuming the person filling this complaint Alltires got a phone call from a gentleman who needed help with a flat tire The man asked if we could help him get the spare down from his vehicle and of
course we said yes and was there very quickly to help him outWhen we arrived the man said he did not have a key that is required for that vehicle He said he had just bought the vehicle You would have to go to order that key special from a dealership I did offer to cut the spare down and also brought it to his attention that we was standing right beside a tire shop So me and this gentleman walked over he bought a tire from the tire shop and I put it on free of charge The dollars that she is talking about was a service charge fee that I charge all customers All Tires hour road service takes pride in their work We are very sorry that they are not satisfied with our services I will not provide a refund The lady was acting very rude She was texting my phone telling me my wife was trash and really being ugly It was not my fault that her husband failed to swe the tire shop next door and I drove almost miles to get there to help these folks out I don't understand how they would expect to get their money back when they called us out when arrived quickly to assure that they got back on the road Again I'm sorry you feel this way Alltires does not advertise anything We don't overcharge folks and we feel good about our services I have been in the tire business for over years and to provide a key and a certain tool for every make and model vehicle out there would be impossibleThe lady whom made this complaint I never even seen nor spoke to other then the texts that she sent my phone Ive never seen such rude behavior from somebody in all my life Thank you and have a great day

Once again I'm sorry that your upset I understand your concerns but either way I was called out and all I charged you was for the service call nothing else

I am rejecting this response because: What that man said was false. I my husband asked prior to the man  coming out weather or not he had the key to bring down the tire and the man said yes. when the man arrived he said he does not have the key. We already knew we were next to a tire shop but the tire shop did not have a key to let down the spare tire. we were trying not to buy a new tire and that is why we called them. Also yes I did send him a nasty message because he called my husband a no brainer because we were next to a tire shop. I have Text messages to prove it.
