Review: I went to this business to get my titles transferred, that was in August 2014, I paid for 3 transfers and only received 1, is now 3 months and still waiting, every time I call them they ask me to call back the next day or next week but never got my plates, they just keep giving me FAKE paper temporal license plates, a couple weeks ago I got pulled over to check my trailer's paper plate and the officer told me that the VIN number wasn't registered or even in process and I got a ticket for that.Last week I called them, and told me that they was about to start my transfers (really?, after 3 months?), I just asked them to get my titles and money back and again they've been asking me to call back the next day or the next week to get a refund. I use that trailer to work and I am loosing money because I am not able to use it, I can even lose my job, if I don't get my refund soon I will be contacting an attorney and sue this company.Desired Settlement: I want my titles and money back soon.

Review: On January 12,2014 I went to All Titles to procure a vehicle license plate for a travel trailer I had purchased 10 days prior. Having paid them on that date,I waited 2 weeks; then called them to find out where my tag was. They said they didn't know, but would look into it and call me back. No call ever came. This scenario repeated nearly every week for 6 more weeks, with varying excuses and promises. Now, after 2 months, they are trying to place the onus on me to find out what went wrong. I paid them for a service. They need to fulfill their obligation!Desired Settlement: I want them to contact DMV and retrieve my tag without further obligation from me.

Review: Yes good morning my complaint is multiple reasons but the level of disrespect is to high and I'm a vet with PTSD and before I go down there and flip out I rather email you all to get this matter in check. My titles been there since over 3 months they first time they tried to issue them the spelling was incorrect so I went there and told them the correct spelling of my last name again and they ensured that all was going to be handled. Months go by no call no nothing so I call them on March 25 2016 @ 1000 hrs and spoke with a rep that was disrespectful and unwilling to help, being that she hung up in my face was the breaking point. I called back another rep answered and she already was on the defensive side so I asked for a manager and was told theres no management here and won't be here until middle of next week maybe. Through it all I will never do business with them again and I hope justice is served because they deserve it.Desired Settlement: A refund of what I paid or half because I still have yet to receive what I paid for but just to call the business and have them reevaluate their employees
