Review: I had the pleasure of speaking with "[redacted]" the "Manager" last night. I am completely shocked at the terrible cus[redacted]er service I received. I order from ALL TOWN quite often, but tonight was just absolutely HORRIFIC. I had issues with how my order was taken by the "manager". When asking for extra condiments, "[redacted] the manager" stated "it already comes with two, you want more? If I am asking you for EXTRA from the beginning, why are you questioning me?!? I received the order almost an HOUR later and needless to say, it was NOT how I wanted my food cooked or delivered. My order was dropped off in a "[redacted]" plastic bag with the "extra sauce" requested for the wings all dumped inside. My mega fries had TWO tiny pieces of bacon on them. When I called back to make them aware I spoke with "[redacted] the manager". I briefly told " [redacted] the manager" about my concerns. She placed me on hold and then "the cook" who "made" my order picked up the phone and proceeded to tell me " My boss was right next to me when I placed the bacon on your fries so....". SO WHAT?!?! I said I can text you the picture of the fries to "prove" to you that I am not calling with deceit. What kind of "manager" lets the cook get on the phone as well as let them speak to me in that manner? Just absolutely disgusting! Needless to say, I am pretty positive that I will not be placing ANY orders in the near future! Are there new owners/managers?!?! I have NEVER had an issue here before.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what my order total was plus the tip I gave the driver. It would be a total refund of $28.87.

This is the owner of All Town Pizza.

I received a letter stating that one of our customers was dissatisfied with our service. This letter is to inform you of the situation that occurred. This particular customer gives us problems frequently, when this happened we tried to explain to her that if she would like us to return her money and receive the food back that would be okay. She was very incompliant and disrespectful to my employee. This customer has previously tried to take advantage of my business by making complaints about our service in return for free food.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am completely DISGUSTED as to All Town Pizza's response! Every statement made by "[redacted]" in his letter is FALSIFICATION OF DOCUMENTATION! Never once did they offer to refund me BECAUSE I would NEVER go as far as to make a complaint to the Revdex.com! And second, I WOULD NEVER continue to order food if I "ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES" in fear of them "messing with my food". That statement is completely ridiculous! The female I complained about to begin with would NOT even release the manager's name to me. I had to call back days later and act as if I was a [redacted] representative with a question regarding a [redacted] account with the business. I was still given a hard time, but she eventually release "[redacted]'S" name.

Below I am attaching my roommate's email (sent directly to ALL TOWN prior to my complaint with the Revdex.com). She has NOT received a response as of 3-14-2014. AND I also find it hard to believe how similar our stories are!!!!

I will also attach pictures as well. In the pictures, you will see our food order was delivered to our residence (in a [redacted] bag, with all of our "Extra sauce" dumped inside. You will also see only 2 pieces of bacon on our "Mega Fries", and we also ordered cole slaw, which we never received and were charged for.

I would like a refund of my total bill. As stated prior, if "[redacted]" (who was NOT on duty" when I placed the order") or his manager who gave me the difficult time would have OFFERED A REFUND TO BEGIN WITH, my emails would be NON EXISTENT TO THE Revdex.com!!!!

P.S.- I would NEVER file a complaint unless deemed necessary! That would only bring bad Karma on myself.
