*** came and open the door and asked if I can give her a ride to the *** *** As I started driving her down the ramp I slowed down and I asked her if she's sure she wants to take a car service for this trip which she confirmedAfter taking her, waiting for her and bringing her back to the *** *** *** I told her that the charge is $she said I thought this was a shuttlei replied the *** shuttle are totally free and different than Limos and Black car service that's why I asked you from the beginning and you have confirmedshe replied i'm sorry for the inconvenence and said if she can use her debit card to pay for the ridei confirmed and charged $which is very fare for such trip and timeAfter one hour, I got a phone call from her Mom regarding this charge and I explained her all that her daughter used a car service instead of a hotel shuttle (big red Van with Hotel Sign and name).we are a professional Limousine company that provide a very good service and our stars reviews can easily prove iteverybody can make mistakes, but *** can't admit that she didn't ask the driver that she's willing to take a hotel shuttleWe would be very happy to help her taking the right transportation Vehicle.I will not for any reason in the world accept to get any bad reviews or complaints, because serving our customers is our Goal and point to keep doing well in this Business.Feel free to call our office and your convenience for any further informations you may need

I am rejecting this response because: I asked the driver before we left the parking lot if he was in fact the shuttle*** *** ** *** ** also has regular suv's as wellI did ask him before he took off and asked if he was a shuttle for the *** he said Yes, he not only lied he also took advantage because he sits in front of the *** all the time without them knowing stealing their business so people from the hotel would take themI don't care if he was a star car service he lied and my bank canceled my card and they recieved no payment from my bankOf course that company won't tell you thatIf my bank which is chase found me at fault he would of got his payment which he didn'tBecause of that driver I had to get a new card, and I had to destroy the other oneNot only are they in trouble by chase they need to also be in trouble with the Revdex.com for scaming hotel guests
