Fantastic customer service! [redacted] has come up to service our unit multiple times and he goes above and beyond. Will go the extra mile for his customers!

I put in a call to arc because my heat failed. Lived here for 2 years. Paid 95.00 for a service call which turned out to be a defective motor. They installed a temporary motor so I could have heat. When motor arrived, I was charged $293.00 for labor. I was not informed by the service person up front that I would have to pay to have the motor installed which took approximately 45 minutes. I called the office to complain about this excessive charge. My goodness, that is more than $200. Per hour, you do the math. Got no help from management. My service person called his boss and got it reduced to $228.00. What a ripoff, if the motor fails tomorrow, I would be forced to pay said charges again. Extremely unhappy customer.
