We hired all trades construction and had to sue them in court. We won a judgement for 250k for fraud and construction defect.
All trades stole from us, didn't pay subs, missed enough days to be convicted for fraud, and in the end of a two year ordeal our framing was defective and our house was ruined.
Over 20k was spent on expert construction witnesses and forensics - a jury agreed that without a doubt he had committed fraud and defect.
Stay away. I'm shocked he has a liscrnse.
