I'm responding to complaint against my company as soon as I received the information on an email from the management about ***'s complaint she stated in an email at first before we even spoke that her dryer went out last November and
that she couldn't afford a new one until April and as soon as management told me I made an appointment to respond to her complaintshe also stated about her *** ** that her line was not in as nicely as everyone around her and she waited until April,she didn't tell us but we fixed it for her right awaywhen we completed all these roofs in NovemberWe had talked to our licensed roofer that had torn off and re installed shingles there and he stated that there was no exterior dryer vent connected at that time so there was nothing to connect back to the exteriorwe completed buildings thereI have been in Incorporated for years and I have never received a complaint I was short with *** because she started getting rude with me that I was to buy her a new dryer, for $I would never make anyone think its there fault for something if you are not sure what happenI'm not a mean person in any wayI always take care of all my customers I have done work for lawyers, doctors teachers, etcI have received so many nice comments on how nice our crew worked out in ***'s sub divisionI hope everyone including *** can understand it from my point of view and we can resolve this without further complications

I tried to resolve this with *** directly however she would not talk to me, or rather would not let me talk, during our conversationI'm not a mean person either nor am I trying to complicate things by bringing up irrelevant points about previous customers, etcTo me that extraneous stuff is what complicates and detracts from the matter at handIf we want to talk about customers I know of others in my subdivision who are not happy with her crew but my concern is what happened at my houseAs I stated the reason I waited until April to report the problem was I didn't have the money to replace the dryer until then and it was during the installation of the new dryer that we discovered the problemMy father, who lives with me, was hospitalized shortly after the roofing project started so I wasn't around to monitor what was happening and after he was discharged I was distracted by having to care for him at homeI had my hands full and never thought I'd have to check the roofers workI also spoke with the roofer when he came out to my house to fix the problem and he never said anything to me about there not being a vent*** and her people contend there wasn't oneI say there was and that covering the vent is what killed my dryerThat's the dispute in a nutshell
