All problem repairs have been completedHe is still not pleased with the gutters. He has very old gutters and gutter helmet. He had two layers on his roof. The gutter helmet was installed over the first layer. When we removed both layers and then reinstalled the very
old gutter helmet it would not line up properly. The only solution is new gutters and new gutter helmet. The home owner does not want to pay for the new product.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 19, 2015/08/20) */
This homeowner contacted us a few weeks agoUpon review of her documents we found out that she had signed an agreement with an independent contractor who fraudulently used our
company's agreement to contract with the homeownerAll Trades
Restoration Services never knew about
the job and never collected money from this homeowner
We have since been in contact with this homeowner regularly and she has contracted us to do the outstanding repairs to her home

Mrs***’s contract was signed on 7/29/2016. It is not unusual for a roofing company to be weeks out from starting a job once the contract is signed. The roof was completed on 8/16/2016. During the roof build there was rain. Her roof was properly dried in and there was
no leaks to the property. Here flag was replaced and the window that received damage had years of wood rot. We did give her a discount for the window. Mrs***’s project had additional trades which takes time to coordinate based on other trades being completed. All work was completed by 9/30/2016. All emails, texted and phones calls were responded to in a timely manner. The work was completed in a timeframe within industry standards for the amount of work her project required. Her project is closed and she has paid in full

I spoke to the owner's wife and the problem is being taken care ofThey have the shingles and will be sending someone out

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The project is completed however it was not completed in a timely manner, multiple phone calls had to be made in order to get the company to complete the project, not all items on the contract were completed due to unsatisfactory result with other items(owners choice to remove the company from the job), and the company ruined our deck while completing the work which will cost way more than they credited us in order to replace it to condition it was in prior to being powerwashed and stainedI am completely unsatisfied with the work they completed and would NEVER recommend this company to anyoneOver and over they make excuses for task not being completed and they do not take care of your property when they are completing the projects they are working onI was highly unsatisfied with the customer service they provided quality of work performed
Sincerely,
