To whom it may concern: We regret that Aline J*** experienced a problem with one of our transmissions. The original transmission was returned to the *** *** from which it was purchased*** *** then ships the unit to us so that we can inspect itIt took days for us to receive the
unit. The delay in the payment was due to the amount of time that it took *** *** to ship back the transmission. As stated on the warranty enclosed, "labor will be figured at All Data rate of $per hour and $per quart of ATF." It also states that "it does not cover any incidental or consequential expenses." Therefore we are unable to pay the requested amounts because they are not covered under our limited warranty.Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern,This letter is in response to the Revdex.com complaint ID# 1***.MrGaw*** called All-Trans on 05/15/and spoke to Richard, our Claims ManagerMrG*** stated that his oil pan was cracked and that there was metal in the panHe then became verbally
abusive and asked to speak to Richard's bossRichard told MrG*** that he was going to have him speak to me (Pete C*** and I would call him backI called MrG*** right away and acknowledged that in fact the pan was defectiveThe manufacturer of the pan stamped the corner of the pan with too large of a radiusThe flange of the bolt hit the corner of the pan rather than the flat areaWe did not tighten the pan with a heavy duty impact wrenchAs far as the material in the pan, I could not say what theexact cause was without getting the unit back to inspect itI did mention that it could be caused by not properly flushingthe transmission coolerMrG*** acknowledged the fact that the cooler was not flushed using a "Hot Flush" system.I agreed to overnight a pan and gasket to repair the leakThe pan that I sent was a GM pan that was clean and paintedWe also agreed that we would build another transmission so that we could get the original back for inspectionI told MrG*** that I would do everything possible to build one, dyno test and ship that same dayMrG*** did not say he would not accept another transmission The transmission did not ship that day but rather the next day on 05/16/It was shipped to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Tucker, GeorgiaI called MrG*** on 05/15/at the end of the dayand left a message telling him that it would not ship until the next day.On 05/23/MrG*** spoke to Tony here at All-TransTony was unaware of this claim at that pointMrG*** wanted reimbursementTony had MrG*** send in his receiptMrG*** emailed the receiptTony thought the labor was to replace the original transmission with the replacement unitThe date on the receipt is 05/23/On 05/24/2017, Tony and our COO, Craig called MrG*** to clarify what the charges were forCraig questioned MrG*** about the charges and determined that he wanted us to pay for the original installation of the first unit, and not for the labor to install the second unit that we sent on 05/16/Craig agreed to pay for the labor and fluid to replace the pan, but did not think it was fair for us to pay for the original installation as that is the customer's responsibilityMrG*** could not explain why we should pay for itHe then became verbally abusive and yelled at Craig and Tony using very inappropriate language and hung up.Craig and Tony notified me of the conversation with MrG***I decided to call him and see if I could resolve thisOn 05/24/I called and spoke to MrG***I asked him why he thought we should pay for the original installation and he could not give me a reason He to ld me that he was in Florida and that he towed his car thereI told him that we would like to get the origina l unit back to inspect itI offered to ship a third unit to Florida and pay the labor for the swap He seemed unwilling to do thatI even offered to pay for the original installationMr.G*** was unwilling to accept any of my offersHe became abus ive, yelling and screaming then hung up on me.Throughout this entire time, MrG*** and his friends have posted negative reviews; along with direct messages on our Facebook pageHe also used one of our customer service photos that we posted to support a fund raising event know as Red nose day, dedicated to ending children's povertyOn top ofthat, he a lso created a fictitious All-Trans Facebook page for the sole purpose to defame the company. Four managers at All-Trans tried to work with and solve MrG***'s issueEvery attempt ended in him verbally abusing our employees, with lies, threats of social media retaliation, and being completely unreasonableWe at All Trans feel we did everything in our power to rectify the situation, including offering to pay for all costs which he declined by hanging up the phoneAll-Trans was forced to hire legal counsel due to MrG***'s socia l media retaliationWe have been advised through our counsel to no longer communicate with MrG***Since the transmission was purchased by O'Reilly Auto parts and sold to MrG***, they would need to approve any refundsWe will support this action, but it is up to their sole discretion

All Trans Remanufacturing sold me (actually purchased through ***) a rebuilt transmission using old seals, damaged splines, and supplied the wrong filterThe transmission is essentially worthlessThey initially offer a three year warranty, but will not honor the warranty if you need to use itBasicly their strategy is to acknowledge the initial claim, then "play dead," as in, stop responding to any and all correspondenceYou're best option - STAY AWAY FROM ALL TRANS REMANUFACTURING!!! They can't steal your money if you don't give it to them in the first place!
