RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My wife has requested the original documentation from the repairs that the business by law is supposed to retain for a minimum of two years and is obligated to provide upon request by the consumer (with no alterations). Below is a second written request by my wife to All Tranzmissions for copies of the original work order and receipt and the response from All Transmissions:From: [redacted] < [redacted] >Date: May 7, 2015 at 4:33:39 PM CDTTo: [redacted] < [redacted] >Subject: Re: transmission workTo whom it may concern:I am formally requesting a copy of any and all work orders done to my vehicle. This is my second request. I have additionally replied to the BBB and let them know you have failed to comply with fair consumer laws to this date. In addition, if you do not provide me with these work orders I will be contacting the DATCP and ask them to demand the paperwork from you. The VIN number for the 2007 Saturn Outlook I am referring to is: [redacted] . The work was completed in September of 2013. As my response states , I did not refuse to give a copy of the original work order , I said I would be happy to do that I did refuse to write a letter to G.Mdetailing the work done with out a appology and I still refuse to to that. What they are not telling you is about the email I sent to Mrs *** telling her I need Mr *** to personnally call my shop to request a copy of his invoiceSince he is the only one on the work order and the only one who signed the work order HE MUST BE THE ONE WHO REQUESTS ITThis was told to her in a email. Also just to be clear I have consuted DATCP to verify what I thought to be true , which is there is no state law which requires me to provide any customer with any paper work other then the original at time of repairs. However I will do so when Mr *** calls and not emails me to request it. The reson for this is I have done this in the past and have been advised not to due so again by the attorney for one of the customers who was going thru a divorce at the time

I am responding to complaint [redacted]  This complaint is so full of lies and left out information it is almost comical. Mr [redacted] contacted us after we rebuilt his transmission in his vehicle , he stated that his transmission was again slipping. When my Tech bought his car into the...

shop he saw transmission fluid underneath it . He then checked the fluid level and found it to be 4.5 qts low. the vehicle hold 9. He repaired the cooler line leak at the radiator , (which is not anything we touch ) and MR [redacted] paid for theses repairs. He was told that if he has any problem due to the transmission being driven low on oil we would not be resonsible.By the way the warranty at this tim was with in 100 miles of being expired due to mileage. We did not hear from Mr [redacted] again untill several months later when he contacted us and told us he was having problems again. After looking at tha vehicle we found numerous engine codes present which we told him he needed to have fixed because any of those could cause the transmission to have issues. At this point Mr [redacted] became very upset and angry , later that day his wife called and told me I was a liar and a thief , at this point I ended our phone call by hanging up.After another period of time Mr [redacted] called and told me he still had a issue with the car , I informed him that if it was found to be due to  driving low on fluid he would not be covered under warranty , But I would fix it for cost of parts. We agreed that he could bring it in the next day at 9 am so we could discuss this issue and come to a agreement on repairs. However that night after we closed he had his vehicle towed to my shop during a snow storm and dumped in the middle of my lot , The next day at about 10 am he called , I informed him he was suppose to be here with his car not have it towed untill we come to a agreement. Still I agreed to look at it any how to try to take care of my customer. What I found was a car partially disassembled to the point I couldnt even run diagnostics codes unless I did 2 - 3 hours worth of labor. At this point I told Mr [redacted] I couldnt help him at all and to hve his car towed by the end of the day. He then begged me to repair it even if he had to pay again, I told him if we found it was due to lack of fluid he could still just pay for parts  ( about 1200 - 1800 )  he began to insult me and I hung up. His wife called and again insulted me and threatened to have her lawyer on me.I again ended the call and the car  was towed later that day.I would like to state that in between all of this Mr [redacted] left me several reviews on google filled with lies and acusations and I still tried to help them .This brings me to one week ago when I believe his wife called and very nicely asked if I could give her a copy of the work order due to a recall from [redacted]. , this way the money would be paid back to them from [redacted]. I looked up the work order and this is when I discovered who she was. I informed her The work order wouldnt do any good ** wants a statement from the repair shop stating the point of failure assuming it was the 3 5 R wave plate. At this point I told her I would not help her with any thing considering what she said to me and what they put on the internet about me.If I am legally obligated to make a copy of her work order then that is what I will do , nothing else......... I am owed not only a apology but a public apology for the lies they told and the way I was talked to. I have been in this buisness as a manager and owner for 27 years , never has anyone came close to offending me as bad as these two have.I find it a bit sad that any one can say the things they did and then have nerve to ask me for a favor later.....

Review: I had transmission work done by this business. I complained several times that the transmission was not operating properly several times after the repair was done and within the warranty that he provided. Was told each time that there was nothing wrong with it. Brought the vehicle to a dealership that took pictures as they did the repair and verified that the business that did the initial repair was negligent with how they did the repairs. Was informed by the maker of the vehicle that there is a recall on the transmission. Contacted [redacted] of All Tranzmissions to request a copy of the repair work that was done so I can get reimbursed from the maker of the vehicle and [redacted] out rightly refused to provide this receipt, in fact, when my wife called him he was so rude and insulting that it made my wife very upset.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for at this time is a copy of what work was done with the mileage on it so I can submit to the maker of the vehicle for reimbursement or a full refund from [redacted] for the negligence of the work performed. He was to have replaced gears 3-5-R and some other parts which was a common fault with this transmission. [redacted] to get some education on customer service skills. Should never yell at or insult customers.
