We have been in business for 15 years with a very good rating. we have never had problems with our customers, we are not perfect and no one is. we did apologize on the phone to Mrs. [redacted] and in the first response to her claim but it seems like hear goal is to bring us down, and it is very obvious that she is very upset. she requested that we do not contact her otherwise we would of offered her a discount or some kind of settlement. I believe we did all we could to work it out but it seems she is not welling to settle down for anything.

had to work on it to fix it. we did not know how long it would take so we did not contact Mrs. [redacted] thinking that we can go later in the day. when she called on around 9:30 we have not known yet if we could make it that day or not it was very early to tell. her job usually takes 4-5 hours so if we got the truck fixed we could of made it that day. we asked to reschedule but she refused and decided to cancel.
