Mrs [redacted] has been a customer of Greenfield Landscaping LLC since we always had a good relationship with herwe always did our job right and she was always satisfiedwhat happened on September 26th was that something happened with the truck that was supposed to go to the job site and we had to work on it to fix itwe did not know how long it would take so we did not contact Mrs [redacted] thinking that we can go later in the daywhen she called on around 9:we have not known yet if we could make it that day or not it was very early to tellher job usually takes 4-hours so if we got the truck fixed we could of made it that daywe asked to reschedule but she refused and decided to cancelThank you!
We have been in business for years with a very good ratingwe have never had problems with our customers, we are not perfect and no one iswe did apologize on the phone to Mrs [redacted] and in the first response to her claim but it seems like hear goal is to bring us down, and it is very obvious that she is very upsetshe requested that we do not contact her otherwise we would of offered her a discount or some kind of settlementI believe we did all we could to work it out but it seems she is not welling to settle down for anything
