Was charged $for not returning the PVR (DVR) I didn't have time to personally return the equipment Instead I had the tech pick up all equipment when he setup new service at our new home He left no receipt, and the records show that he only returned the modem and digital boxes, but no PVR
I feel as if they can do a better job keeping track of their equipment and not charge me when they lose it
I'd like to leave Armstrong but there are no other comparable services in the area
Armstrong charges a lot of money and they never seem to increase their channel offering You need other channels like the big network, metv, ion, cozi tv We used to have ion The customer service rep said that ion went off the air Well I know that it didn't go off the air because I have it with Comcast at my home in the east Armstrong needs to spend some money and increase their channel offering I don't know what the marketing department is doing but I don't think they are doing a good job in their program selection offering You are suppose to add channels; not take them away like you did with ION You have a bunch of worthless channels to make your offering appear to be better than it is What you need is this area to open up to competition you are taking your customer base for granted by not keeping up with companies like Comcast The one positive thing is that your technical support is good That is the only thing you have going for you
