All Tune And Lube - Laurel

Review: I went to this location on 07/16/2014 to get my car tuned up because of it's recent performance. The Manager, Eric then explained he would look at my car for a couple minutes and let me know what it needs. After driving the vehicle around and performing test, they further realized that it didn't need a tune-up. I was surprised with the results but then expressed to the manager that I have a leak on my A/C and I wanted it fixed, he looked for a hole but couldn't find it. So then he said he would put dye in it and coolant to find the leak and to come back when the air gets warm again and they will fix the leak for free. Well, when I first got my car back the antenna was missing which I noticed myself and not from them him telling me. Once I told the manager Eric this he then took the antenna of his car because we both happened to have the same car and apologize then put it on my car. Then I got a bill which was ridiculously high. I got charged $260. He charged me for the test and driving my car around for the tune-up to only realize I don't need it, so I got charged for that labor without him expressing to me earlier I was going to get charged for that. Then he charged me 200 to fix the ac as long as I come back when the dye ran out. I just came today on, 07/21/2014 to get it finally fixed without getting charged I expected. Then, after looking Eric, the manager, expressed it's my hose and that it's an expensive part I need and takes a lot of time. I was confused but thought that I wouldn't have to pay for that . Eric then said he never said that and that I have to pay for that myself. I was furious, he overcharged me for a package where those services were never done to my car and he lied about saying it would fix it for free. I feel robbed and disappointed . At the end of the day I got charged for all these services that never happened. He just flipped the battery over and filled the a/c up. He lied about the services and the priceDesired Settlement: I would like to get a refund for a package I got charged for when all the services described in the package were never done to my car. I was overcharged and outraged at the character of the Manager at this place.
