Actually it did not happen at the Auburn Store, it may have  happened at the Renton store. There are two All Tune And Lubes in the area. In Auburn we do not forget to put oil in the cars. Thank You, Ed H[redacted] owner All Tune, Auburn WA

because:The oil change I paid for was not performed. This has caused severe damage and financial loss. My head gaskets were blown due to this as well as my radiator busting. I had to pay 134.00 for a tow, 320.00 for a new repaired radiator. Plus loss wages. I had to call off on Friday the 13th, Monday the 16th, and Tuesday the 17th. 
I want to resolve this timely. I feel your business needs to refund me for my out of pockets expenses. Repair the damage to my car ie the gaskets as well as supply me a rental car until my car is back running in the condition it was in before your technician neglected to put oil in my car as he stated he did.
