I experienced great customer service from all tune and lube in Tyler TexasThey are very cheap and fastI went another place before here to get the same job done and all tune and lube charged me less than half of what I paid thereOnce again a really great place to go

I am writing this letter in response to a recent complaint submitted by a customer that on March 30, (between 12pm and 1pm), one of my most experienced technicians damaged his vehicle during a hydraulic lift to begin a diagnostic testThe customer angrily insisted damage occurred because
the technician lifted the vehicle improperly. Customer came in for diagnostics, *** (Technician) pulled the car around and went to go lift car upwhen lifting vehicle we kick the rack under the car and then lift the lifts a little ways up and then go back under to adjust but when *** started lifting the car the customer started screaming at him you are lifting the car in the wrong place and he was just lifting it enough to go back and reset the lift, I (***) walked back out and the customer and *** was screaming and cursing one another so I told *** to let the car down and pull it up front but before that the customer said the guy was lifting the car in the wrong place and I got mad so I went and smoked a cigarette to calm down but he would let the situation go*** pulled the car up front and the customer came up there and asked me about the diagnostics and I told him I had my tech take the car out to calm the situation down before it escalated so after hearing that he got mad again and now he has a problem with his car that was supposed to be lifted wrong since we wouldn't finish the diagnostics. He was willing to let it go when he thought we were going to do the diagnostics but now we are here*** is a yrsold man and has been in this business for a lot of yrsso he knows where to lift a car and as far as the guy calling *** a non American, yes he is a American citizen from Guam. Manager, Mr *** was very rude & uncooperative with usWe called the office requesting assistance as my cousin needed to plug in a C-PAP breathing
machine - a medical necessity! He replied he "was busy"! the police were there several times for drug & prostitution issues We no longer felt safe there & asked him to cancel her credit card for next nites

The customer has an oil heating system. We informed him that we do not service oil-fired equipment. We gave him the name of an oil company to use.

I experienced great customer service from all tune and lube in Tyler Texas. They are very cheap and fast. I went another place before here to get the same job done and all tune and lube charged me less than half of what I paid there. Once again a really great place to go.

Review: I dropped my car off at All Tune and Lube in the morning for them to look at a possible break leak, I specially told them that I was having problems with my brakes and thought there was a leak. I received a phone call from the shop around lunch time stating that they found 2 problems and that I owe them $355 for the repairs. I never authorized All Tune and Lube to do any repairs to my car. I told the guy that I never authorized any repairs to my car, he apologized and said that they normally call but they were so busy that they didn't call and just did the repairs. Of the 2 repairs done to my car, one was not even related to my brake problems and wouldn't have needed fixed for another 7 months when my inspection was due. The guy told me that I would not be getting my car back until I paid him the $355. I told him numerous times I was not going to pay him for work I did not authorize. He then tried to get me to pay him half and then post date a check for the other half. Again, I told him I was not going to pay for the work I did not authorize and I asked him to put my car back to the way it was before. He refused to do so, stating that he didn't have my original parts anymore. He eventually called me back and asked if I would pay for the parts and he would not charge for labor. After I paid him $110 for the parts, he informed me that I was getting a free oil change as well. The shop also changed my oil while they were only supposed to be looking at my car. One my way home that evening, my brakes failed getting off of the highway. I am now in the process of having my car towed to another mechanic to find out what is going on with my car and what All Tune and Lube actually did or did not do. I am also concerned that there was an intentional tampering with my breaks or break lines, since he was so upset with me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $110 I spent on my car. He charged me for parts that was not the problem I had them looking at my car for. If the problem was fixed, my brakes would not have failed 20 miles later.
