I am rejecting this response because:As u can see that on March I went to *** *** and got the radio checked out and they notice the same noise I heard and said the alternator was going out and after I left *** *** I went to the dealer at all types in
Cahokia and asked for a refund if they couldn't fix the problems that I was having with the vehicle *** told me that he had to talk to the owner so I complained to the owner about my alternator going out and my transmission is slipping because Everytime I try to put my feet on the gas and start to take off the vehicle kept on jerking *** stated that when they fix my blower they would check the transmission out so when they fixed the blower they didn't say anything about the transmission so I mentioned the transmission the same day that's when he gave me a estimate on the transmission saying that I would need to pay half of the cost and I stated what am I paying half of the cost when my warranty isn't up on the vehicle they kept ignoring me about the transmission untill I called them on April spoke to *** to inform him that the transmission is all the way gone out *** stated that he couldn't get no one to come pick the vehicle up untill April so basically they wanted to wait until the warranty up and didn't want to be reliable for the whole cost of the transmission which *** and his father new that the transmission was going out then they didn't want to fix the alternator until I stated I had documents from *** *** that the alternator was going out

only knew the vehicle could not be driven. When my driver arrived back from the tow he said that Mr. [redacted] claims his oil pan broke while in transit. We did not see how that was possible nor was there anyway to prove it. We assumed that was the reason for the tow. We decided instead of making a big issue about it we would go ahead and pick his vehicle up and replace the oil pan at our expense. Mr. [redacted] asked will we be able to tow the vehicle back after the repair because the vehicle will not run. I told him I do not know because we were short on drivers and there may be a charge. He asked me if we tow for AAA and I told him no we do not. Mr. [redacted] stated that the vehicle will not start after we repair the oil pan due to a bad ignition switch, which he was having repaired by the dealer. He was unhappy so I suggested he call AAA since he asked me 2 weeks prior if we towed for AAA. He stated he never purchased the AAA membership and he was going to call a news crew to come to our store and also file a complaint with the Revdex.com.
Mr. [redacted] does have his vehicle back as of today.
