Review: My garage was servicing and renewal by Rocco's All-Type Roofing, Inc on 03/**/2012 and we received a service contact warrenty for the period of 10 years. However, at the begining of this year 2015, we noticed our garage was leaking and water started dripping inside to the garage. Until lately, Oct 2015, the situation got worst, we found out that our main roof also have some damage and took some pictures and forward to Rocco's Roofing Inc, on Oct [redacted] 2015 we contact the company and asked them to come to check. Someone whose name Anthony came to check the garage on Oct [redacted] and he confirmed the damage and promised they will fix the damage within two weeks. Until then, Rocco's Roofing never showed to fix the problem as their promise and we have been contacted them several times and even went to their business office. However, we did not have any result and our garage and main roof still did not get fixed. We tried many time to contact the company, and they did not even answer our phone calls and forward us to the message center. Until now, December 2015, we still have no one from Rocco's Roofing following up with us.Desired Settlement: We just want our garage and main roof get fixed as their service contact advertising. We did not ask for more, simple as that.
