Yes I have paid late in my billing history because I am disabled and I spend a lot of time in the hospital because of thyriod cancerI never ever agreed to toreinstate my service that is an out right lieI only agreed to let them call me back in a few days to see what their offer was because at that time I had not had service with them for about two monthsThey did call and leave me a message but I never returned the call or agreed to anythingI called times and emailed times and asked them to stop sending me bills and they refused even though they were not providing serviceThey did not pick up trash on June 5th so they do not deserve to be paid for itThey wasted the same time and gas they would have anyway because they pick up the neighbors trashI'm sorry if they feel my illness makes me a trouble maker for paying lateI tried to work this out with them and they were being obviously being greedy and uncooperativeI gave them ample opportunity to fix their mistake and now they reply to my complaint with lies and disrespectI am a very honest personI volunteer in many organizations in joshua and I plan on making this businesses response to me very public and I sure my community will be just as disgusted as I amBy the way when I complained in may it was because their truck was on the next street and I asked if I could bring them my trash or could they come back around because I was late getting the trash out because I had come home late from treatment from the hospital and they said absolutely not they would charge me one hundred and fifty dollars nor was it allowed for me to bring my trash to the truck on the next blockSo not only are they unreasonable now they have lied about my character slandered me and disrespected me with the lies in their responseI will not pay this company one red centHow very unprofessional all you need garbage

Customer first service was June 5, 2014.  Agreement to the service of $22.00 per month for curbside service.  Billed monthly and due on the first of each month for that service month.  Druing this entire time the customer has been late with payment. we suspended pickup, then they...

would pay and we would resume. Our policy has always been and is, if a person goes 21 days without payment we cancel service.  We do not do a contract. It is very simple if not paid, we will not perform the service for free.During this time the customer also wanted to dispute each weekly pickup.  For example. If in the month of March she had 5 scheduled pickups, which means our truck and crew went by her house the entire month to collect the garbage.  If the customer did not put out garbage or put it out after we had already been by, that is not our issue.  However she has called numerous times to state she refuses to pay because she only got 3 pickups and not 5.  We still spent time, fuel and labor to drive by her house with the intent of collection.We have been more than cordial in accompdating her continuous complaining.  She was well past due, we canceled her service June 2015. First part of July calls and wants to reinstate service. Office staff tells her what she would owe to reinstate, she agrees.  Does not have the money to pay and states will go pay online in a few days. In the meantime the billing is being printed for the following month.  Since she has signed back up and is active she is included in that billing cycle and she should have been.  So yes she did get and invoice, but that is because she was an active customer.  She calls to dispute, no problem she has not paid, we are not going to pickup so we removed the charges and the only thing left owing was the 1 pickup we provided the first week of June and the late fee.  Both of these carried forward in the history. After signing back up in July, she never paid for the service.  I did not charge her for the truck coming by during that period. Addtioinally, since this customer has been so irresponsible, I wrote off the pickup and the late fee just to be done with customer prior to the making this erroneous complaint.   In conclusion, this customer has been in and out of our system due to irresponsible payment habits. However, each time we have been more than accomodatiing in working with her.  She has a zero balance and did so prior to any or your nasty grams coming to my attention.  It is a shame.  I service 9,000 customers to include 4 municipal city contracts and numerous gated communities and industiral contracts., etc and we have to justify our existance with a irrational and seems to be just a trouble making type customer. Call me, I may be able to explin it better.
