I am rejecting this response because: he has left a missing tile in the middle of my kitchen.  These are not scratches, but gashes.  I am more than willing to...

have him return and make the correct repairs and fix my floor.  If he feels uncomfortable with my male companion, but I will have my Dad here when he comes back.
