Review: Found the roof shingles to be installed incorrect. missing nails on the corner per OEM requirements, requested replacement per quality install guarantee as written on the contract. Rep have denied this and will not respond to email or phone calls.Desired Settlement: Replacement or full refund.

Review: I purchased my home in 2009 which had a new roof installed Nov 2005 by All United. August of 2010 my first leak started in my bedroom skylight. They said the flashing was loose & missing a screw & repaired it. March 11 2011 the leak came back and on 3/24/11 they caulked it again. October 25 2011 the spare bedroom & garage had a leak which they stated the siding was the reason for the leak not the roof but they again caulked tyhe roof line by the garage & the bedroom window. My siding was replaced in May 2013. October 30 2012 after Hurrican Sandy my skylight water was running down my inside roof. They came out caulked again and gave me a quote for a new skylight. They said repairs or replacement must be covered under the GAF claims dept. I contacted GAF who stated it wuld not be covered unless the original transferred the warranty to then next owner then the next owner to myself. My homeowners also denied the claim saying they would not cover the skylight only the repairs which was under my deductible. I hired a contractor and paid $800 for a new skylight. When he removed the skylight he showed me th flashing was damaged, most likely the window was dropped, thats why the leak kept occuring. I then paid drywall finsiher to fix my drywall. May 2014 I now have another leak in my spare bedroom & garage ceiling again. They have refused to come look at the damage stating the company is a different owner and they no longer will attempt any repairs. I again contacted GAF who again stated the warranty was never transferred so it is not covered.Desired Settlement: I would like a reapir done & reimbursement for the cost of the skylight replacement and drywall repair as well as future drywall repairs for the new leaks. I have had issue with my roof since 2010 and dont believe a 5 year old roof should be leaking in multiple places. The sklight replacement would not have been needed if they had not installed a damaged skylight. I have 6 leaks in my home and feel that the initial installation was not done properly. I would like at there expense that a non related company come to inspect the roof and advise what is the problem.
