Review: They gave me a refund check after they made me wait 10 days for it. When I went into their bank to cash it, they said it was insufficient funds in their account.Desired Settlement: I want for them to issue me a certified check just like I gave them

The complaint from this client was totally bogus. They were just upset at the fact that my refunds are done in the form of CHECK, rather than "their" preferred method CASH. Its been our policy for the entire company's existence to do all refunds in cash. Attached are the proofs that not only did we NOT have insufficient funds, but that the client's check did clear.
