All USA Locksmith

Review: Locked keys in 2002 [redacted] and had to use the **'s Service station phone attendants phone to call a local locksmith due to cell phone being locked in the car. The **'s attendant had the All Usa Locksmith business card so that is what we called. The locksmith was there in a few minutes and took about an hour to get the [redacted] unlocked. He would not show his ID confirming who he was and wanted $250.00 cash for the service performed. My daughter who is in college went with him to a bank a withdrew $250.00 cash and called me on the way thinking it was excessive. I called a few other locksmiths in that area and found out the rate should have been more like $150.00 at the most. After talking to the Locksmith, he said it took him two hours to get the job done but more daughter insisted it was only an hour 10:00a.m. to 11:00a.m.. He was obviously taking advange of my daughter who was by herself. I had called other Locksmith services in the area and they all agree that the charges were to excessive. The locksmith refused to let my daughter shut her car door and insisted on the $250.00 He would not furnish his ID still and did not give her a company receipt. We have tried calling the company number [redacted] and [redacted]'s (Locksmith name) cell# [redacted]. We have yet to get a response or call back. This guy is dishonest and could not provide company information or Identification. They are out to take advantage of people who nothing about their service.Desired Settlement: I want other customers to know how dishonest these people are and after talking to other locksmiths in that area, $150.00 would have been the most that they would have charged for the time spent for that service. I would like $100.00 back and from this company and proper ID furnished in order to persue them further. As the Father of the young women who was take advantage of, you can understand my anger and frustration over this matter.
