This trip was planned a year in advance for my mother 70th birthday, it was a disaster Important and necessary amenities were removed
The response to my request is insulting and disappointing, offering 10% off future stays and free tickets to Sea world or Aquatics water is not an acceptable apology I receive advertisements offering 15% off if I book a stay by a certain date from Think Vacations No threats were made from me to your company, I don't like surprises or to give surprises I have the right to seek a mediator, write reviews and seek professional assistances to help resolve this matter
The properties assigned had ONE DOWN stairs bedroom in each house, as stated the floor plans emailed did not match the houses Think vacation really botched up my reservation and needs to take full responsibility We were relocated to a resort but this was not an upgrade, a newer community is not always an upgrade
