[redacted] , I recently received a complaint from you concerning a [redacted] (ID # [redacted] )We have reached out to [redacted] and resolved this the complaint, below is the details of the case: On July 9th, 2015, we received an email about Mrs [redacted] concerns and the boarding manager at the time stated she contacted the client and the issue was resolvedHowever, obviously the problem was not rectified properly which is why this client filed a complaint with your organizationOnce we received the Revdex.com letter regarding the complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] we have reviewed the letter and spoke with [redacted] at 5:27pm-5:50pm on August 25th, We discussed her complaint in detail and addressed all of her questionsWe also explained all of our updated changes we have made to improve our client experience and standard of pet care since JulyWe also refunded Mrs [redacted] her full amount of $and invited her to meet with the Resort Manager and encouraged to give us a second chanceFor more information on this case, please contact me at ###-###-#### or email me a* [redacted] Thank you, [redacted]
